To enter, individuals must purchase any Kick Start products featured in the catalogue at any Terry White Chemists store and then visit www.terrywhitechemists.com.au/kickstart to enter the receipt number, store name of where the product was purchased and their contact details. All entries will be downloaded and placed in a Manual Draw. 4. To be valid, only one entry per transaction and all mandatory details on the entry page must be completed. Incomplete entries will not be eligible. Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are over the age of 18 years. The winner will also be notified in writing and have their name published in the Public Notice Section of The Australian Newspaper on the 15th February, 2012. 11. In the event of the prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry will be deemed not to fulfill the entry requirements and the promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities conduct further draws as is necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize draw is the 24th May, 2012, time and place as the first draw. The winners name will be published in The Australian on 31st May, 2012 and notified in writing. 12.
