Terry White Chemists “Kick Start Your New Year 2012” Competition – Conditions of Entry

1. This information on how to enter the competition form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
2. The promoter is Terry White Management Pty Ltd 50 Park Road, Milton QLD, 4064. ABN 38136833620.
3. To enter, individuals must purchase any Kick Start products featured in the catalogue at any Terry White Chemists store and then visit www.terrywhitechemists.com.au/kickstart to enter the receipt number, store name of where the product was purchased and their contact details. All entries will be downloaded and placed in a Manual Draw.
4. To be valid, only one entry per transaction and all mandatory details on the entry page must be completed. Incomplete entries will not be eligible. Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are over the age of 18 years. Employees, (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or a Terry White Chemists store or of the other agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences at 00:01am on Monday 9th January 2012 and closes at 11:59PM on Wednesday 8th February, 2012. Entries received after this time will not be included in the competition.
6. The prize consists of a 7 day health enhancement program for two people at The Golden Door Health Retreat – Elysia in New South Wales (valued at $7,100). Program package includes: Luxury villa accommodation, Gourmet spa cuisine, A diverse selection of group fitness activities and Relaxation and Mind-Body classes, Daily program of health education seminars and workshops, Personal Wellness Assessment on arrival, Use of all the facilities including a 25 metre indoor heated lap pool, outdoor exercise pool, floodlit tennis courts, fully equipped gymnasium, indoor and outdoor activity studios, and outdoor relaxation areas. Three complimentary spa treatments in the world class spa including one facial a la carte and two Swedish massages. One complimentary wellness consultation with your choice of: naturopath, dietitian, hypnotherapy, counselling or movement therapy. Access to all the spa facilities including steam room, spa bath and relaxation lounges. Complimentary transfers to/from Sydney airport at set times each Sunday (please enquire on times when making your reservation). Return economy flights for two people from the winners nearest capital city to Sydney, NSW (valued up to $1,000). Total prize value up to $8,100.
7. Prize is valid for 12 months and must be redeemed by 10th February 2013. Not available for redemption during school holiday periods. Other block out periods may apply. Cancellation or date amendment fees may also apply once booking has been made.
8. Any additional costs required for travel or any spa treatments or activities not included as part of the package will be the winner’s sole responsibility. Additional expenses for accidental injury, sickness and hospitalisation; Medical evacuation; Luggage & personal effects; Travel delay and alternative transport expenses are the winner’s sole responsibility.
9. The prize draw will take place at Terry White Management, 50 Park Road, Milton QLD 4064 at 4pm on Friday 10th February 2012. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
10. The winners will be notified by telephone on the day of the prize draw. The winner will also be notified in writing and have their name published in the Public Notice Section of The Australian Newspaper on the 15th February, 2012.
11. In the event of the prize not being claimed after three months of the draw, the winning entry will be deemed not to fulfill the entry requirements and the promoter may, subject to relevant state authorities conduct further draws as is necessary to distribute the prize. Date of unclaimed prize draw is the 24th May, 2012, time and place as the first draw. The winners name will be published in The Australian on 31st May, 2012 and notified in writing.
12. The draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects the personal
