Taking place at Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach, Vans Bowl-A-Rama is not only the biggest professional concrete event in the Southern Hemisphere, but also the biggest week of skateboarding infused cultural festivities in Australia.

The VIP double pass will guarantee the winners the best seats in the house to catch all the best competition action at Bondi Beach Skate Park on Saturday, 25th February 2012.

1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
 3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 06.00am AEST February 20, 2012 and closes 4:00pm AEST February 24, 2012.
 4. To enter, log on to www.ninetofive.com.au and follow the prompts.
 5. Prize is 1 x VIP Double Pass to the Grandstand on competition day at Vans Bowl-A-Rama and 1 x Huawei Vision smartphone. One (1) prize packs in total to be won. The competition will be drawn at 4:30pm AEST on February 24, 2012. Winner must be available to attend Vans Bowl-A-Rama to claim prize.
 7.  This is a promotion based on skill, with one winner picked based on their answer to the following question: To enter, in the space below, tell us in 25 words or less in what way you would use your Huawei Vision to full effect at Vans Bowl-A-Rama? Answers will be judged on the following criteria: humour, creativity and originality of answer. Winner’s details may be passed onto a third party to claim prize details.
 8. Winners will be notified by email, phone, or via ninetofive.com.au. The judge’s decision is final.
 9. All competitions are conducted at 170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, Sydney, NSW, 2015.
 10.        The total prize pool for this promotion is over $500.00 AUD.
 11. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.
 12. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize to be claimed within 3 months of draw date.  Where prize is a voucher, prize valid for 12 months only.
 13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

h. Any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
