Terms and Conditions
1. The member-only “Massive $100,000 Giveaway” will commence 7pm Thursday
February 16, 2012 and conclude 10.30pm Thursday November 15, 2012.
2. Cash draws for $400 will take place every Thursday evening at 7pm, 7:15pm,
8:30pm, 8:45pm and 9pm, from Thursday February 16, 2012 to 9pm Thursday
November 15, 2012.
3. Draws will be for $400 each from a total prize pool of $80,000 cash.
4. Each draw will be conducted at Bankstown Sports, using the Raffle TV promotional
system. The drawn membership number will be displayed on the plasma screens at
each venue, being; Bankstown Sports Club, Baulkham Hills Sports Club,
Bankstown Sports Bowls and Birrong Sports. The membership number will also be
announced over the public address system at each venue.
5. Members must claim their prize in person at any of the above-mentioned venues. 
6. The drawn member will have FOUR (4) minutes to claim their prize at the main
reception at any of the above-mentioned venues. If the prize is unclaimed after
FOUR (4) minutes, the prize will jackpot to the following draw. This jackpot is known
as the “Major Jackpot”.
7. In addition to the $400 cash draws, a further $100 will accumulate each draw in a
second smaller jackpot, known as the “Rolling Jackpot”. The prize value
accumulated in the smaller “Rolling Jackpot” will be added to the “Major Jackpot”,
after the “Major Jackpot” is claimed. The prize value of the first draw will start from
the transferred “Rolling Jackpot” amount, plus $400. The total prize pool of the
“Rolling Jackpot” is $20,000 cash.
8. Each drawn membership number will be drawn from a list of all full members of
Bankstown Sports and it’s associated venues, as of 9am on the day of each
respective draw.
9. Provisional, new and suspended members are not eligible to claim prizes until their
“application for membership” has been formally approved by the Board of Directors
in writing.
10. On the final night of the promotion, being Thursday November 15, 2012, the 9pm
draw will include both the current “Major Jackpot” plus the value accumulated in the
“Rolling Jackpot” at that time.
11. If the remaining jackpot is not claimed at the final draw, the redraws will take place
every 4 minutes until a winner is found.  12. If the remaining jackpot is still not claimed by 10.30pm on the final draw night, then
the first member drawn after 10.30pm will be the winner of the remaining jackpot
regardless of their attendance on the evening. The winner will be contacted the
following day by telephone and/or post.
13. Membership cards are non transferable and another member cannot swipe on
behalf of a particular member, friend or relative.
14. Directors, management, staff, contracted personnel and their immediate relatives
are not permitted to claim prizes.
15. The current jackpot amount will be displayed on the ‘jackpot board’ located near the
main entrance of each venue. 
16. Bankstown Sports and it’s associated venues are not permitted to issue more than
$2,000 prize money in cash. Any prize money exceeding $2,000 must be awarded
as a registered cheque.
