TIMING:
 This competition runs from 12.00pm EST on 31st January 2012. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm EST on 28th February 2012. Completed entries must reach Fat Kids no later than the closing date.
 
USE OF DATA:
 You will be added to the Fat Kids mailing list which you can unsubscribe at any time. If you unsubscribe before the giveaway closes, your entry will be disqualified.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
 One winner will be randomly drawn on 29th February 2012. The winners will be notified by email by 1st of March 2012. The winners may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising. Unwillingness to do so will forfeit the giveaway.
 
PRIZE:
 The prize consists of a 3 DVD SET (Exit Through the Gift Shop by Banksy, Snow Town & Monsters). Prize as stated and non transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Fat Kids reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Collection of prize will need to be arranged by winners by 1st March 2012 (including shipping costs – if applicable).

WINNERS LIST:
 The winners consents to their surname, first initial, town, state and country being made publicly available. The winners’ names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.
 
OTHER:
 No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Fat Kids’s decision shall be final. Fat Kids reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
 
Fat Kids shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
