Terms & Conditions
 1.The competition commences on 23rd January 2012 (“the Commencement Date”). All entries must be received by no later than 4pm WST, Sunday 18th March 2012 (“the Closing Time”). Late entries will not be accepted. The period from the Commencement Date to the Closing Time is referred to in these terms and conditions as “the Competition Period”.
 2.An entry card will be presented to the customer upon each purchase of a Colombian coffee product. Each entry card will have a unique code. The holder will then be eligible during the Competition Period to submit the entry online with their details as provided in clause 6 below, as their entry form for the Major prize.
 3.The Major prizes and Minor prizes will be drawn in descending order on Tuesday 27th of March 2012 at 2pm WST online via a random number generator. The winner will be notified by phone and mail. The name of the winners will also be published in The Australian on Friday 29th of April, 2012. The Promoter’s nominated judge’s decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.
 4.Multiple entries can be made so long as each online entry has a unique code.
 5.Each unique code is eligible to win one of the 12 prizes to be drawn.
 6.All entry forms must be complete in order to be classified as a legitimate entry.
 7.All entries to be submitted online at www.muzzbuzz.com.au.
 8.Muzz Buzz Franchising Pty Ltd employees, franchisees, suppliers and their employees and immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.
 9.The 2 major prizes are a year’s supply of free coffee, defined as 366 free tall coffee vouchers, valid at all Muzz Buzz outlets and valued at $1720.20 each. The 10 minor prizes are gift cards valued at $100 each. The total prize value is $4440.40 AUD and is based upon the maximum recommended retail price at the time of printing. Each prize is valid for 12 months and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
 10.If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of the draw the prize will be given to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
 11.The Promoter is Muzz Buzz Franchising Pty Ltd ACN 106 547 620. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made without your prior consent.
