Terms and conditions

Competition commences Wednesday 29th February 2012 9am and concludes at 5pm Sunday 15th April 2012. Organiser - LJ Hooker Surfers Paradise on behalf of Orchid Avenue Pty Ltd. Eligibility - Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 at the time of entry into the competition in order to collect a prize in person. Minor’s may still enter the competition, but if a minor’s entry is drawn, the prize will be awardd to, and may only be collected by the minor’s parent or guardian. Entry is via the highstreetsurfersparadise.com.au website only. Prize draw - One winner will be drawn on Monday 16th April 10am at Centre Management office, LJ Hooker Surfers Paradise, 3131 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise. Shoppers do not need to be present at the draw. Prize - The prize includes a $250 High Street Shopping & Dining Voucher to use at any participating retailer* in the precinct. Winner will need to enquire at individual retailers to confirm participation status. Collection of prize - To be able to collect a prize it is a condition of the competition that the claimant must provide a copy of Government issued identification containing a photograph of the claimant as proof of the claimant’s identity and age. By submitting an entry to enter the competition, the contestant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Information collected via the competition may be used by The High Street Centre Management for future correspondence. The contestant warrants and represents that all personal information submitted in the entry is true, and all future information provided will be true, complete and correct. The contestant understands and agrees that the organiser of the competition reserves the right to make all final and binding decisions with respect to all aspects of the competition, and the contestant agrees to be bound by all decisions of the organiser. The owners, management, promoter, retailers and their staff and immediate families within The High Street Surfers Paradise are ineligible to enter. Maximum of one entry per person.
