MITRE 10 - WIN A TRAILER LOAD AND A SUZUKI COMPETITION
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the WIN A TRALIER LOAD AND A SUZUKI COMPETITION is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion commences at 00:01 AEST on 9th April 2012 and entries close midnight AEST on 15th July 2012 (“Competition Period”).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Mitre 10 retailers, and agencies and/or companies associated with the conduct of this Competition, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. To be eligible to enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period, spend $20 or more in a single transaction at a participating Mitre 10 store nationally (“Qualifying Transaction”). To enter, entrants must then, visit www.mitre10.com.au/theblock, follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details including the receipt number and submit their fully completed online entry form during the Competition Period.
5. Entrants whose Qualifying Transaction includes any product(s) from any of the following brands, Absco, Bailey, Dulux, HPM, Nelson, Oates, MiPro, Senco, Karcher, Stanley, Black and Decker (“Bonus Brands”), will receive one (1) additional entry into the draw For the removal of doubt, only one (1) additional entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction for the inclusion of a Bonus Brand product, regardless of the number or amount of Bonus Brand products purchased in a Qualifying Transaction (i.e. if a Qualifying Transaction of $25 includes a Black and Decker product, the entrant will be entitled to 2 entries: 1 for the single transactional spend of $20 or more, and 1 for the inclusion of a Bonus Brand product within that same amount).
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, proof of purchase, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) initial entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction; (b) only one (1) additional entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction as set out in Clause 5; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (d) a maximum of five (5) entries per person per day is permitted. For the removal of doubt, if an entrant spends $60 in a single transaction in the manner required they will only be entitled to one (1) entry, unless their Qualifying Transaction includes a Bonus Brand product of any value, in which case they will be entitled to two (2) entries, as set out in Clause 5.
8. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested
