Sunrise ‘Dreamworld Name the Tiger Cub’ Promotion Terms and Conditions :) By entering Sunrise ‘Dreamworld Name the Tiger Cub’ Promotion (“the Promotion”), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: 1. STANDARD TERMS 1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. 2. WHO CAN ENTER? 2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years where the Channel Seven signal is received. 2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Ardent Leisure Limited and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. 3. HOW TO ENTER 3.1 The Competition commences on Friday 20 April 2012 at 6.00am (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 26 April 2012 at 3.00pm (AEST) (“the Competition Period”). 3.2 In order to enter the Competition, viewers must watch Sunrise (“the Program”) on the Seven Network during the Competition Period where there will be a Competition segment aired during the Program (or any replacement program broadcast in the Sunrise timeslot). 3.3 Viewers must log into the Sunrise website (www.yahoo7.com.au/sunrise) between Friday 20 April 2012 at 6.00am (AEST) and Thursday 26 April 2012 at 3.00pm (AEST) and register their entry details (name, address, telephone number) online to enter. 3.4 Only one entry per person per day will be accepted from entrants online. No scripting is allowed for online entries (which will be deemed invalid). 3.5 The time of entry for online entrants will be the time at which the completed online entry form is received by the Competition online database. 3.6 Entries remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any fee for such use. 4. Prize value is correct as of 19 April 2012. The winner is not entitled to receive any money from any party if there is a difference between the maximum prize value and the actual prize value at the time of the draw. 1 / 4 4.2 Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken. 4.3 The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for all other expenses including flights (if necessary), spending money, vaccinations, in-room charges, taxes, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, gratuities, services charges, items of a personal nature, passports, visas, and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is highly recommended. 4.4 If the prize winner and their companion are from a regional area, travel arrangements to and from the nearest capital city airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. 4.5 Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargo periods. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other destinations. There will be no credit given if the full value of prize is not utilised. 4.6 Flights cannot be taken during peak travel periods and travel is on confirmed space but is still subject to seat availability at the time of booking. 4.7 The prize winner and their travelling companions must travel on the same flight as each other to their destination and must travel together. 4.8 Selection of airline, departure and arrival destination, flight times and accommodation venue is at Ardent Leisure Limited’s discretion upon time of booking. 4.9 The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during Australian school holidays or during Gold Coast Super GP Season (dates TBC), and is valid for a period of 3 months from the original draw date. Validity date of this prize cannot be extended. 4.10 Flight may only be taken from the winners nearest Australian major airport to the Gold Coast or Brisbane. 4.11 The prize winner will be required to provide a minimum of 3 weeks notice of intent to travel. All components of prize are subject to availability at time of booking. 4.12 If the winner resides within a 3-hour drive or 240km from Dreamworld and WhiteWater World, airfares and car rental are not included in the prize. 4.13 Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee of amendment fee, at the cost of the winner. The winner of the prize (and their travel companions) will not accrue any frequent flyer points from taking the prize. 4.14 The car hire vehicle will be available upon arrival at Queensland, for pick from the airport and drop off on departure. It is a condition that the hirer be 25 years and over, and hold a current Australian or New Zealand license. Provisional licences and learners permits will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage, mistreatment or ill manor to the hire car caused by the hirer. The Promoter will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the hirer through mistreatment, illegal behaviours, or a violation of the car hire's terms and conditions of use. The car hire only covers the day rate hire of the car, all insurance, petrol and damage costs will be the responsibility of the prize-winner. Prize winner will need to present a current credit card for security purposes upon collection of the vehicle. 4.15 All components of the prize must be taken together. All additional costs incurred whereby the prize winner wishes to make variations to the travel are the winner’s responsibility and must be booked separately by the winner. All travel variations are subject to approval by Ardent Leisure Limited upon booking. Travel variations include, but are not limited to extension of travel duration, travellers outside of the age restriction and additional travellers. 4.16 Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. 4.17 If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize may be awarded, at the absolute discretion of the promoter, to their parent or legal guardian. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years and over. 4.18 Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. This is the maximum retail value of the prize.
