The Garden Gurus/Zesti Competition Terms and Conditions

Method of Entry
- Entry is open to Australian residents only. To enter, tell us in 20 words or less “What is Theo’s pizza recipe and what is the secret ingredient?”
- Winner will be announced in the spring/summer series of The Garden Gurus (Episode Nine to Episode 10) 17th November through to 8th December 2012

Duration of Promotion
- The promotion will be carried out from the 19th May through to 9:00am, 31st October 2012 (AWST).
- Prizes will be drawn during the promotion period to fit in with the television production schedule.
Details of Prize and Prize Value
- Prize – the chance to win a fully installed Zesti Z1100 Pizza Oven and Theo Kalogeracos cooking pizza for you and twenty friends.
- 1 prize to be won nation wide.
- Prize available for metro areas only.
- Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Delivery included in prize package.
- No responsibility is taken for the variation in the value of the prize.
- The prize will expire 3 months after the broadcast date.
Date, time and Place of Draw
- The draw will be conducted at Level 1,Suit11/281 Hay Street, Subiaco WA.
- The winner will be drawn on the 31st October 2012at 09:30am (AWST).
Results
- The winner will be notified by telephone before the episode goes to air.
- The name of the winner will be posted on The Garden Gurus TV show and website www.thegardengurus.tv
- Proof of identification will be required before the prize is claimed.
- Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Conditions of Entry
- Photocopied or posted entries will not be accepted.
- Open to Australian residents only.
- One entry per person.
- Name, contact number and address must be included in the email to be part of the draw.
- Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
- Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify
the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the
prize supplier’s requirements.
Participants
- Guru Productions directors,management,employees and their immediate families and Zesti Pizza Oven staff cannot participate in the promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Unclaimed Prize
- After every reasonable effort, if the promoter is unable to contact the prize winner the prize will be voided after 1 months of the draw.
