Somfy Cup Competition 2012 - Terms & Conditions

The Campaign
Somfy Holiday – Consumer promotional campaign to promote the sale of Somfy motors and Somfy Home Automation within Australia and New Zealand.

Timing
Promotion starts 5th March 2012 and finishes with last correspondence received on 31st August 2012.

The Prizes
Return trip for two (2) people to England and France for 8 Nights. Flying economy class the winners will have 4 nights in a 4 star hotel in London, England then travel via the Eurostar to Paris, France for a further 4 nights in a 3 star hotel. Transfers to and from London and Paris airports and the Eurostar are included.

The prize winner is responsible for all items of a personal nature (including passports with at least 6 months validity from return travel dates and travel insurance) and for any travel, accommodation and food expenses out side the prize itinerary

Travel must be taken between 1st October and 30th November 2012.

Value of Prize
Return trip for two (2) people to England and France valued up to the value of $8000.

Draw
The Consumer Grand prize will be awarded via a lucky draw. The consumer prize closes on 31st August at 11:59pm and will be drawn at SOMFY Pty Limited's head office 9/38-46 South Street, Rydalmere on 3/9/2012 at 11am.

The consumer prize winner will be notified in writing and also announced in the Australian on 13/9/2012.

How to Enter
Entrants must purchase at lease one (1) Somfy Motor from an authorised Somfy retailer within Australia or New Zealand between 5th March to 31st August 2012.

Entrants register their details on the Somfy promotional website – www.somfyholiday.com.au. Entrants will then receive an email to confirm their entry.

Each consumer may only entre the competition once per transaction and must keep the receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.

If the prize winner is unable to travel between the dates provided the there will be a redraw conducted.

Eligibility to enter
The Somfy Cup promotion is open only to people purchasing Somfy motors for personal use. Purchases must be made through a retail store located with in Australia and New Zealand.

Sales of a wholesale nature will not be included in the promotion.

Somfy staff or family of Somfy staff are not eligible to enter the promotion.

Somfy reserve the right to decline or cancel entrant registration for the Somfy Cup promotion.

Somfy reserve the right to verify the eligibility of prize winner.

Entrants must be 18 years or over.

Newspaper Announcements
The prize winner will also be announced in the Australian Newspaper on 13/9/2012.

Publicity
By claiming a prize, the winner accepts that Somfy Pty Limited use the winners name and photograph for their promotional and publicity purposes.

Redraw
The winner of the consumer grand prize will have 3 months to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed the prize will be re drawn on 4/12/2012 at 11am. This draw will take place at Somfy's head office, 9/38-46 South Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116. The winner will be notified in writing and will also be announced in the Australian newspaper on 7/12/2012.

If a redraw occurs the winner must travel between 1st March to 30th April 2013.
