Game of Skill Terms and Conditions for the Country Style bed linen giveaway July 2012
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.  Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
1. Entry is open to Australian residents only aged 18 years or older. Employees and their immediate families of NewsLifeMedia and its agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.
2. To enter Participants must answer the following question in 25 words or less why you would like to win a set of the Country Style bed linen To enter, email your name, address, phone number and answer to countrystylecomp@newslifemedia.com.au.
3. The competition opens at 00.01am (AEST) on Wednesday 20 June 2012 and closes 11.59 (AEST) on Wednesday 18th July 2012  (“Entry Period”). Multiple entries will be accepted, however, each entry must be sent in as a separate correspondence.
4. This competition is a game of skill.  Chance plays no part in determining the winners.  All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity.  The best entry as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
5. Judging will take place (AEST) on Friday 20th July 2012 at 02.00pm (AEST) at NewsLifeMedia, 180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015.  The winners will be notified by phone within 7 days of the judging. 
6. Entry details remain the property of NewsLifeMedia. The name and details of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by NewsLifeMedia, unless the winner otherwise notifies NewsLifeMedia at the time of accepting the prize.
7. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
8. The prize includes 1 x queen-sized ‘Dove’ quilt cover set valued at $229.95. Total prize value at $229.95
        Entries must be received by Country Style magazine during the Entry Period.  Entries received after the end date and time will not count towards the competition.
9. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond NewsLifeMedia control, NewsLifeMedia may substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Prize values are correct at time of printing. News Magazines are not responsible for any changes in value or the prize.
10. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.  The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.  NewsLifeMedia accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.  Entries deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way will be excluded from winning a prize.
11. NewsLifeMedia shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. NewsLifeMedia reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.  Verification is at the discretion of NewsLifeMedia, whose decision is final.  NewsLifeMedia reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
13.
