The competition is a game of chance. To be eligible to enter the competition, entrants must be Australian residents in any state or territory except the ACT and 18 years and over. To be eligible to enter the competition, entrants must provide their first name, postcode and email address and submit the official entry form to the Promoters either via their e-newsletter or via www.visitcanberra.com.au/winter Only one entry is allowed per person. Entrants have the option to subscribe to Australian Capital Tourism’s monthly eNewsletter Discover Unexpected Delights. The winner will be drawn via an approved Automated Draw System (SA approval no: 959, NSW approval no: 525) at Level 8, 200 Northbourne Avenue, Braddon ACT 2612 at midday on Monday 23 July, 2012. The first entry drawn will win. No correspondence will be entered into regarding this decision. The Promoter is committed to protecting entrant’s privacy. The winner’s details will not be passed on to any third parties. The Promoter will notify the winner via email by Wednesday, 25 July, 2012. The winner’s name will be published on www.visitcanberra.com.au/winter and in The Australian on Friday 17 August, 2012. The winner must confirm their receipt of notification by close of business Thursday 25 October, 2012, otherwise that winner will forfeit their prize. The new winner will be contacted by email Friday 2 November, 2012 and their name will be published on www.visitcanberra.com.au/winter and in The Australian on Friday 30 November, 2012. The prize package must be used by 31 December 2012. Reservations are necessary for all prize components except the wine. Winner must quote voucher numbers when booking. All bookings are subject to availability. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the value of the prize, and reserves the right to substitute another prize, or component of a prize, subject to the approval from the relevant Gaming bodies. To the extent permitted by law, the winner will exclude, release and forever discharge the Promoter and all other persons involved in the conduct promotion and organisation of any component of the prize, and their respective employees, agents, sub-contractors, consultants (including employees of those sub-contractors and consultants) directors, officers and sub-licensees from all liability for claims, loss damage, costs or expenses (whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage infringement of third party rights or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the participation in the prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for any error, omission, deletion or defect contained in an entry form, or a delay or failure in the operation or transmission of an entry form, or the theft, destruction, unauthorised access or alteration of an entry.
