Terms and Conditions


1. One entry per person.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
3. The Promoter is Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd, ABN 88 052 528 202.
4. The promotional period begins Thursday 28 June at 00:01 AEST and closes at Wednesday 18 July at 11.59pm AEST.
5. Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia. Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd employees and their immediate families are excluded from entry.
6. How to enter: Purchase any loaf and enter your name, phone number and email address via the online entry form at the Bakers Delight website (www.bakersdelight.com.au).
7. Prize winners are selected by random and drawn at the Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd Head Office at Suite 1, Level 1, 293 Camberwell Road, Victoria Australia 3124.
8. Winners will be drawn on Friday 20 July at 12pm and will be notified by email and phone no later than Tuesday 24 July.
9. The names of winners will be published at the Bakers Delight website (www.bakersdelight.com.au) on Tuesday 24 July.
10. There are 100 prizes to be won. Each prize includes 1 x $50 Lincraft gift voucher. Total value of prize pool is $5,000.00.
11. Prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or sold. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize.
12. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
13. In the event the prize is not claimed within a period of 3 months from the date of drawing, a redraw will occur. The redraw will occur at 12 pm on Monday 22 October at the Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd Head Office, Suite 1, Level 1, 293 Camberwell Road, Victoria Australia 3124.
14. Redraw winners will be notified by email and phone no later than Wednesday 24 October.
15. The names of any redraw winners will be published at the Bakers Delight website (www.bakersdelight.com.au) on Wednesday 24 October.
16. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize must be collected by their parent or legal guardian aged 21 years and over.
17. Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
18. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this promotion you accept that Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd will be capturing profile information including telephone number and email address in order to contact the winner.
20. Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd reserves the right to moderate all entries and remove any entries considered to be of an offensive or defamatory nature.
21. Entries will become the property of the promoter.
22. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
