Entrants must be a current member or register to become a member of the Kraft Philadelphia Club. Promotion Period The Promotion starts on 16/07/12 at 00:00:01 AEST. The Promotion closes on 13/08/12 at 23:59:59 AEST. Entry Procedure To enter this competition, participants must visit www.philly.com.auduring the Promotion Period and complete the entry form online including their answer in 25 words or less to the question: “Why should you win a Philly High Tea Experience for you and 4 friends at the Sofitel?” Maximum Number of Entries Only one entry per person is permitted. Judging Details Date: 14/08/12 Time: 10am (Melbourne time) Location: Oxygen Interactive Marketing, Level 1, 16 Palmer Parade, Richmond VIC 3121 The top 22 entries received in VIC as determined by the Judging Criteria will each win the Prize. The top 17 entries received in QLD as determined by the Judging Criteria will each win the Prize. The top 14 entries received in NSW as determined by the Judging Criteria will each win the Prize. Total Prize Pool Up to $11,925 Winner Notification Winners will be notified by email on the 16th August 2012. Unclaimed Prizes Winners must claim their prize by 5pm on 20th August 2012. In the event a prize is unclaimed, the next best entry will be awarded the prize. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified by email. Additional terms Prize does not include transfers to and from the event. Winners and their companions are responsible for arranging their own transport. Any additional expenses incurred by the Prize Winners and their companions as a result of taking the will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Eligibility If this is a consumer promotion, entry to the Promotion is open to residents of the Relevant State/s who meet the Entry Restrictions (if any). Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter. If this is a retailer promotion, entry to the Promotion is open to individuals who own a Selected Business in the Relevant State(s) and who meet the Entry Restrictions (if any). If ownership of a Selected Business changes during the Promotion Period, only the new owner will be eligible to enter the Promotion. Entry The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period. Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. Computer generated or other automated entries will not be accepted. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted. Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries.
