Terms and Conditions
1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Flight Centre Limited ABN 25 003 377 188
3. The competition commences at 10am on 29 July 2012 and closes at 5pm on 29 July 2012. No
responsibility is accepted for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
4. Entry is free and open to all residents of NSW and ACT aged 18 years and over who hold a
valid entry form. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to
enter.
5. Once a customer has completed their electronic entry form via IPad, they will automatically
enter the draw.  The entries will be exported into an excel spreadsheet for the draw. The
number range of entries will be entered into the randomiser & it will be asked to select one
(1) random entry from that range. The first Eligible Entrant with the valid entry drawn
(“Winner”) will be entitled to receive the Prize.
6. Entrants are only eligible to enter the competition once. Entry to the competition will
automatically subscribe you to the Flight Centre database and you will receive the weekly enewsletter.
7. The first valid entry randomly drawn will win a $5000 Flight Centre gift card. The customer
must treat their Gift Card like cash and take care of it accordingly. The gift card can be used
to purchase travel or travel related product with the exception of cash and foreign currency.
The Gift Card expiry date is 12 months from date of issue. This prize is strictly NONTRANSFERABLE, non-negotiable, may not be replaced or refunded and cannot be taken as
cash.
7. The draw will take place at 5pm on 3 August 2012 at the offices of Flight Centre Limited –
Level 12, 33 Berry Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060. The winners will be notified by
telephone and email, “Winners’ names will not be published. The prizes will be delivered to
winners within 1 month of the draw.
8. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary if prizes remain unclaimed 3
months after the draw. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10am on
2 November 2012 at Level 12/ 33 Berry St, North Sydney.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not
transferable or exchangeable. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
10. If there is an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents or hinders the
conduct of the promotion or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prizes to the winners, then
the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the promotion. Further the Promoter may at
its sole discretion recommence the promotion under the same conditions. This is subject to

11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss
suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential
(including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the
Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the
supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to
any family/persons accompanying a winner.
12. The winners, and his or her guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and
indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the prize being
awarded.  Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement
to the prize being forfeited and a re-draw taking place as mentioned above.  This condition
does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which
cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such
rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
13. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to
comply with these conditions of entry.
Privacy Notice: The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to
administer and promote this competition and may be used to market the Promoter’s services to
the entrant.  If personal information is not given, participants cannot be entered into the
competition. The personal information of the entrants will be held and used in accordance with
the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at  www.flightcentrcom.au.   The personal
information of winners may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and
deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition.
