The Brisbane and Gold Coast USA, Canada & Alaska Expos 2012 are organised and conducted by
Flight Centre Limited (ABN 25 003 377 188) trading as Flight Centre, Escape Travel, Cruiseabout
and Student Flights. QLD Lic No. TAG262.
Competition conditions: This game of chance is being conducted by Flight Centre Limited (ABN
25 003 377 188) of 545 Queen Street, Brisbane, Queensland, 4000 (“Promoter”). Entry is free
and open to all residents of Queensland aged 18 years and over who attend the Brisbane USA,
Canada & Alaska Expo 2012 held at the Brisbane Convention Centre on the 22
nd
July 2012 or the
Gold Coast USA, Canada & Alaska Expo 2012 held at Gold Coast Convention Centre 29
th
July 2012
(each a “USA, Canada & Alaska Expo”) (“Eligible Entrants”).
To enter,  Eligible Entrants must: (a) complete and submit the online entry form at
http://www.canadaalaska.com.au/register; or (b) be registered by any of the Promoter's
consultants while at either Travel Expo. Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant.
There will be one (1) prize, consisting of 2 return adult economy flights from Brisbane to Los
Angeles (“Prize”). The maximum Prize value is $3,361.00. The Promoter will conduct a manual
random prize draw at approximately 9am (EST) on Tuesday 7
th
August 2012 at the Promoter’s
offices at 545 Queen Street, Brisbane, 4000, from all valid entries received from Eligible Entrants
(“Prize Draw”). The Eligible Entrant with the first valid entry drawn (“Prize Winner”) will win the
Prize.
The Prize is valid for travel from 7
th
August 2012  – 30
th
April 2013. Specific travel dates are
subject to availability at the time of booking. The Prize is not valid for travel during school
holidays or major events and blackout periods and seasonal surcharges may apply. The Prize
Winner must book all components of the Prize with a representative of the Promoter. The Prize
is strictly non-transferable & non-negotiable, & may not be replaced or refunded. The Prize does
not include, and the Prize Winner will be responsible for their own, additional costs associated
with using the Prize (including accommodation, insurance, transfers, activities spending money
& booking change fees). The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of
the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the
Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to
any direction of a lottery authority. If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize,
the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute prize. 
The Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email not later than one week following
the Prize Draw. Results will not be published. This promotion does not involve a round in which
players are eliminated. Prize letter & Prize will be delivered to Prize Winner within one month of

Terms and Conditions
If the Prize is not claimed within 3 months of the Prize Draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be
conducted at the Promoter’s offices at 545 Queen Street, Brisbane, Queensland, 4000. The
Eligible Entrant with the first valid entry drawn at the unclaimed prize draw will win the
unclaimed Prize (“Unclaimed Prize Winner”). All conditions applying to the original Prize Winner
will also apply to any Unclaimed Prize Winner.
By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be contacted by the Promoter about the
Promotion and to participate in the Promoter’s publicity activities as reasonably requested. By
entering this Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information
they provide in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at
http://www.flightcentre.com.au.  The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or
injury which results directly or indirectly from this promotion, except that which cannot be
excluded by law. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and of any agencies,
firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes) and their
immediate families are not eligible to enter
