The Promoter will not be responsible if any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoters control. • Black out dates from Dec 24th 2012 through January 02nd 2013. • Accommodation and Wedding dates are subject to seasonable availability. • All other costs including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-‐bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, airport taxes (including departure taxes), fuel surcharges, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs and any other expenses not included in the prize.. The date is subject to booking, flight and accommodation availability. • The prize cannot be exchanged for other destinations and there will be no credit given for any part of the prize if the full prize is not utilised. • Travel arrangements, airfares and expenses to and from the winner’s home to Sydney or Melbourne Airport are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and their partner must travel together (ex Sydney or ex Melbourne) on the same dates and times. • Travel arrangements will be made by representatives from Air Tahiti Nui, Tahiti Tourism and Tahiti Nui Travel.
