TERMS AND CONDITIONS SCHEDULE

Registrations will commence at 09:00am (AEST) on Monday 9 July 2012 and
will close at 12:00pm midday (AEST) on Tuesday 24 July 2012 (“Promotional
Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting
Day”.

Entry is available to permanent residents of Australia.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and must:
• Have no criminal record
• Have no outstanding criminal convictions against their name
• Be in possession of a passport that is valid until or beyond Monday 4
February 2013
All Entrants must be available to travel between Saturday 28th
 July 2012 and
Saturday 4th
 August 2012 inclusive.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies
associated with this promotion, including but not limited to Southern Cross
Media Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 78 109 243 110), are ineligible to enter.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY Throughout the Registration Period, for their chance to win a Prize as outlined
in Item 11: Prize Details, individuals will need to head to the Website and
complete the following steps:
1) “Like” the Website
2) Register their details including but not necessarily limited to their first
name, surname, email address, state and phone number/s
3) Submit a response in fifty (50) words or less to the question “Tell us
your most distinguished party trick?”
4) Tick a box to acknowledge that they agree to the competition
Terms & Conditions
Collectively, these steps are known as the “Entry”.
As part of their Entry, Entrants may also be required to submit responses to additional questions not listed within these Terms & Conditions.
Any one (1) individual is able  to submit only one (1) Entry.  Should an
individual submit more than one (1) Entry, the Promoter will judge only the
first one (1) Entry received by that Entrant, and the Promoter will disregard
any subsequent Entries received from that Entrant.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS Judging will take place between Monday 9 July 2012 and Wednesday 25
July 2012 at Fox FM of Level 2, 257 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne VIC
3205.
The one (1)  most  creative/unique/entertaining  eligible Entry  received
throughout the Registration Period, as judged solely at the discretion of the
Promoter and/or  Southern Cross Media Australia Pty Ltd, will  be rewarded
with a Prize as outlined in Item 11: Prize Details (“Winner”).
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence
will be entered into in this regard.
ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS N/A.  Prize will be awarded in accordance with Item 9: Judging Details.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS There will be one (1) Prize to be won.
The Prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
• Return economy airfares for two (2) people from their nearest
Australian capital city (as determined at the Promoter’s and/or
Southern Cross Media Australia Pty Ltd absolute discretion) to London,
United Kingdom as follows:
- Departing Australia on Saturday 28 July 2012 at a time to be
determined by the Promoter and/or Southern Cross Media Australia Pty
Ltd, arriving London on Sunday 29 July 2012 at 07:45. Flying with
Emirates.
- Departing London on Thursday 2 August 2012 at 22:15, arriving Australia
on Saturday 4 August 2012 at a time to be determined by the Promoter
and/or Southern Cross Media Australia Pty Ltd. Flying with Emirates.
• Four (4) nights’ twin share accommodation at The St. Giles Hotel,
Bedford Avenue, London UK for the nights of Sunday 29 July 2012,
Monday 30 July 2012, Tuesday 31 July 2012 and Wednesday 1 August
2012, including breakfast daily. Costs are covered for room & daily
breakfast only.
• Private group transfer on Sunday 29 July 2012 for two (2) people from
Heathrow Airport London to the St Giles Hotel.
• Private group transfer on Thursday 2 August 2012 for two (2) people
from the St Giles Hotel to Heathrow Airport London
• Two (2) tickets to “Fifi & Jules’ and Hamish & Andy’s Greet & Meat
Party” to be held at a time and location to be confirmed by the
Promoter and/or Southern Cross Media Australia Pty Ltd on Wednesday
1 August 2012.
Prize package valued at a maximum of $8,717.70 ITEM 12: PRIZE WINNER

Winner will be notified at the time of winning via telephone and later in
writing.
The Winner’s name will be published in The Australian on Tuesday 31 July
2012.

CONDITIONS
When entering this Promotion, all Entrants agree to release Facebook from
all liability and claims arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or
these Terms and Conditions.
All Entrants acknowledge and agree that their Entry must be in accordance
with Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and can be
removed at any time by the Promoter and/or Southern Cross Media
Australia Pty Ltd or otherwise in accordance with Facebook's Statement of
Rights and Responsibilities.
The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or
associated with Facebook.  Any questions, comments, or complaints
regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter.
When entering the Promotion, Entrants are providing their information to the
Promoter and/or Southern Cross Media Australia Pty Ltd and not to
Facebook.
Winner and their travel companion (“Guest”) must both be aged eighteen
(18) years or over.
A representative/s of Southern Cross Media Australia, and/or  a
representative/s from Southern Cross Media Australia’s nominated travel
agency, will contact the Winner to make all Prize arrangements.
It is the responsibility of the Winner and their Guest to obtain the necessary
travel insurance coverage for travel to the United Kingdom, and to cover
any associated costs themselves.
Winner and their Guest must both be available to travel on the dates and
times specified by the Promoter.  If the Winner and/or their Guest is
unavailable to travel on the specified dates  and  times,  at  the  Promoter’s
discretion the Winner may forfeit their Prize and the Promoter may award the
Prize to another Entrant in their place.
Prize does not include transfers to the Winner’s nearest capital city, nor to
the airport in their capital city.
Flights (including but not limited to flight dates, times and airline) and hotel
(including but not limited to star rating, chain and location) are subject to
change at the Promoter  and/or Southern Cross Media Australia Pty Ltd’s
discretion.
Prize does not include spending money, or anything other than what is listed
in Item 11: Prize Details.
Accommodation costs will be covered by the Promoter for room and daily
breakfast only.  Any additional costs, including but not limited to room
service, internet use, phone use and mini bar, will need to be covered by
the Winner and/or their Guest.
Winner and Guest are hereby notified that the hotel may require the Winner and/or the Guest to present a personal credit card upon checking in at the
hotel.  This is the Winner’s and/or Guest’s responsibility.  The Promoter will not,
under any circumstances, provide credit card details for a Winner’s room.
Winner and their Guest must both hold a current passport valid until 
Monday 4 February 2013 or beyond. 
Winner and their Guest must both not have criminal records or outstanding
convictions against their name.
It is the Winner’s and Guest’s own responsibility to ensure they notify the
Promoter  and/or  Southern  Cross  Media  Australia  Pty  Ltd, the airline, hotel
and any other establishments associated with the Promotion and/or the
Prize of any allergies they have.
Should the Winner and/or their Guest be refused entry into the United
Kingdom for any reason, or into any country passed through en route to the
United  Kingdom,  the  Promoter  does  not  take  any  responsibility  and  the
person/s whom were refused entry will not be compensated by the
Promoter in any way.
Winner and Guest will be required to carry valid photo identification with
them at all times. 
The “Greet & Meat” function (“Party”) with Fifi & Jules and Hamish & Andy
(collectively known as “The Announcers”) is strictly subject to the availability
of The Announcers.  Should this element of the Prize need to be changed,
moved or cancelled for any reason,  and/or if one or more of the
Announcers are unable to attend the function,  the  Promoter  takes  no
responsibility and the Winner and their Guest will not be compensated.
Subject to the final location of the Party, the Promoter and/or Southern Cross
Media Australia Pty Ltd may at its absolute discretion arrange group transfers
to and/or from the Party for the Winner and Guest.  Winner and Guest will
board any such transfers, and any other transfers and transport included as
part of the Prize, at their own risk.
Winner and Guest may be accompanied by a chaperone/s as nominated
by the Promoter and/or Southern Cross Media Australia Pty Ltd throughout
various times during the trip.  These chaperone/s will not be accompanying
the group at all times, but they may, at the Promoters and/or Southern Cross
Media Australia Pty Ltd’s  discretion,  be  assigned  to  lead  the  group  for
organised activities, including but not limited to travel, and the Party. Winner
and Guest hereby acknowledge that they understand that they will be
required to follow the chaperone/s’ instructions at all times.
Winner and Guest  are  hereby  notified  that  prior  to  redeeming  their  Prize,
they will be required to complete and sign documents including, but not
necessarily limited to, an indemnity, image release, a personal details form
and a scanned copy of the photo page of their passport (“Documents”). 
These Documents will need to be provided to the Promoter by a deadline,
and via a method/s, as nominated by the Promoter.  Any Winner or Guest
who, at the Promoter’s discretion, fails to complete their Documentation to
a standard deemed appropriate by the Promoter, and/or if a Winner or
Guests fails to submit their Documentation in time, that Winner and/or their
Guest may, at the Promoter’s discretion, forfeit their Prize.
It is the Winner and Guest’s own responsibility to ensure they are on time for
all transfers and flights.  Should the  Winner  and/or  Guest  miss  a  flight  or  a
transfer, they will be responsible for organising their own alternative travel
arrangements and will need to cover all related costs.  Should a Winner or
Guest miss any element/s of the Prize including but not limited to the Party,
on account of missing a transfer, the Promoter will not compensate the Winner or Guest in any way.
Prize values listed in Item 11: Prize Details are indicative maximums only.  At
the time of redemption, should the final cost of a Winner’s Prize come in at
less than the maximum value listed in Item 11: Prize Details, that Winner will
not be provided with any additional goods, services or cash to supplement
any remainder of the listed maximum Prize value. 
Flight conditions
Flights are non-redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
Flights must be taken on the dates/times and airlines as specified by the
Promoter.  If the Winner and/or their Guest would like to amend any details
of their trip, including but not limited to the date of their return flight to
Australia,  the Promoter will put the Winner and/or their Guest in touch with
the relevant travel agency, and the Winner and/or their Guest will be fully
responsible for making any amendments/arrangements directly with the
travel agency, which can only be secured subject to availability at the time
of booking,  and  the Winner and/or their Guest  will  be  fully  responsible  for
covering all costs involved with changing their trip details, including but not
limited to flight change charges, transfers, and any  additional
accommodation on top of the provisions outlined in Item 11: Prize Details. 
Winner is hereby notified that changes may not be permitted after a certain
date, meaning the Winner may not have the option to change travel dates
at all.
Flights may include fuel stops, plane changes and other scheduled stops.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any flight delays, changes or
cancellations.  In the event of a flight disruption, the Promoter will not be
liable should the Winner and/or their Guest not be able to take part in any
element of the Prize.  The Promoter will not be liable to make good any
element of the Prize not fulfilled due to a flight disruption.
Flight itineraries may include domestic connections within Australia.  That is,
the Winner and Guest may first be required to fly interstate within Australia in
order to board a separate/connecting flight to the United Kingdom,
The Guest must depart from the same Australian city as the Winner, and
must finish their trip in the same Australian city as the Winner.  Should the
Guest reside in a different capital city and/or state to the Winner, the Guest
will be fully responsible for making their own travel arrangements to meet
the Winner at their local capital city airport, including covering all
associated costs.
Flights are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage.
