 The promotion winner will be drawn at 12pm (AEST) on Tuesday 21st August 2012
 The winner will be announced on our website on Tuesday 21st August 2012
 There will be one winner only
 The winner will be selected at random after the advertised closing date and will be notified by email within 3 days of the closing date
 The winner will receive the prizes within a maximum of 3 calendar months from the advertised closing date of the completion.
 The winning prizes may differ in appearance, colour, fabric, texture and other detail from the pictures of the winning prizes as displayed on the Facebook Page.
 The winner must pay for shipping costs, as quoted by Retrojan to the winner.
 Shipping costs must be fully paid for prior to Retrojan dispatching the product to the winner.
 If the winner is unable to pay for shippings costs within 3 calendar months of the closing of the completion, the prize will be withdrawn.
 Our decision of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
 Retrojan may wish to use winners’ names for editorial and publicity purposes on the Site or email communications. It is a condition of entry to the prize draw that you agree to this use of your name.
 All entrants details will be added to the Retrojan mailing list, this is a condition of entry.
 No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
