Participating in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. Any entry not complying with these conditions of entry is invalid. Entry is open to Australian registered sporting teams and Australian sporting clubs including official Australian primary and secondary school teams The person submitting the entry must be a member of the team entering and registered to play with the team and must be a resident of Australia. Employees & their immediate families of Chrysler Australia Pty Ltd and its agencies, retailers and suppliers associated with the Competition are ineligible to enter. This is a 3 week competition, with a separate competition in each week over a three week period. The first weekly Competition commences at 15:00pm on 27th July 2012 and all entries must be submitted online at www.dontholdbackaustralia.com.au by 12:00pm on the 3rd August 2012. All times are AEST and AEDT during daylight savings periods in Melbourne, Victoria. Entries received after this time (irrespective of when sent) will not be included in the Competition. The second weekly the Competition commences at 15:00pm on 3 rd August 2012 and all entries must be submitted online at www.dontholdbackaustralia.com.au by 12:00pm on the 10 th August 2012. All times are AEST and AEDT during daylight savings periods in Melbourne, Victoria. Entries received after this time (irrespective of when sent) will not be included in the Competition. The third weekly the Competition commences at 15:00pm on 10th August 2012 and all entries must be submitted online at www.dontholdbackaustralia.com.au by 12:00pm on the 17th August 2012. All times are AEST and AEDT during daylight savings periods in Melbourne, Victoria. Entries received after this time (irrespective of when sent) will not be included in the Competition. To be able to participate in the Competition, the following must occur: A person must enter their team’s most creative “Don’t Hold Back Australia” Team/ Club photograph during the Competition period on www.dontholdbackaustralia.com.au or through the application on Jeep Australia Facebook. The photograph must contain a readily identifiable image of the team. The person must enter specific details requested on the entry form for the Competition. The Promoter’s marketing team will upload the photograph to www.dontholdbackaustralia.com.au unless the entry is deemed unsuitable for the Competition by the Promoter. The person submitting the photograph on behalf of the team must have an existing relationship with the members of the team: proof of pre-existing relationship with team mates will be required. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and (including the team and valid email address and current residential address of the person submitting the entry and the promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of email address, proof of current residential address and/or proof of entry validity and proof of team membership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, email address, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, or which otherwise is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or if the person submitting the entry has in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Competition and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause. The cost of accessing the Competition website will be dependant on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter or Google. Entries not completed in accordance with these conditions of entry or received after close of entry will not be considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits a person to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the use of “entry harvesting” websites or the offering of incentives or rewards (or similar) is prohibited. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any entry is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this Competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.All information collected by the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter. Personal information supplied will be collected and utilised for awarding the prize and the Promoter may also use this information for improving goods and services and to contact entrants with future and special offers. By entering the Competition, the person submitting the entry warrants that each entrant agrees, in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner’s name and suburb in any media. The winner will be the most creative entry in the relevant week of the competition by Richmond Football Club’s Chris Newman), a Jeep Australia ambassador. The winning entry will be selected from all the entrants for their “Don’t Hold Back Australia” uploaded photograph registered on www.dontholdbackaustralia.com.au. Each winner will win $5000.00 for the winning team or club to use it as sees fit . Each winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 days after each draw and the winner’s names will be published in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 9 th /16 th /23 rd August 2012. A prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash, the prize will be on a EPOS Credit card and will be delivered by courier to the winners nominated address. A winner is advised that tax implications may arise from the winning of a prize and the winner should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy can be viewed at www.jeep.com.au. If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, a new winner will be selected by Chris Newman from the other Don’t Hold Back Australia photographs registered for the relevant week of the competition on www.dontholdbackaustralia.com.au. A substitute winner will be notified by telephone and in writing and the winner’s name will be published in The The Australian newspaper on Wednesday, 30 th August 2012. The winner agrees to the use of the winner’s name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
