1. ThiscompetitionisapromotionrunbyRACQOperationsPtyLimited ABN 80 009 663 414 (“Promoter”).
2. Entriesandinformationonprizesandhowtoenterformpartofthese terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. ThecompetitionisopentoresidentsofQueensland.
4. EmployeesandtheirimmediatefamiliesofthePromoter,relatedentities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
5. Thecompetitioncommences1August2012andclosesmidnighton30 September 2012. The competition will be drawn at 11am on 2 October 2012 at RACQ, Eight Mile Plains.
6. Therewillbeonewinnerinthiscompetitionthatwillbechosenat random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Entryisbypre-purchasinganyAustraliaZooticketfromRACQfrom1 August – 30 September 2012.
8. Onlyoneentryperentrantispermittedandonlyoneprizewillbe awarded.
9. Thewinnerwillreceiveavoucherfor4nightsattheRumbaBeach Resort (Caloundra), in a 2 bedroom Resort Spa Suite.
10.Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date that the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
11.The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
12.Winner will be notified by phone or email. Prizes will be posted or couriered to winners as appropriate.
13.If a competition winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days of the draw a redraw will occur. Redraw winners will be notified by phone or email.
14.All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
