This document sets out theTermsand Conditions of the BIG W Everyone’saWinner competition (Competition). 1. Entry to theCompetitionisopen toallAustralianresidents.Anentrantmustbeanindividual andnotacompanyororganisation.Beforebeingeligible tocollectaprize,eachwinnermust provide to the Promoter proof of age. If the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must provide the full name, address and telephone number of the winner’s legal guardian to the Promoter. Before a winner is eligible to collect a prize, the winner's legal guardian will be required to sign a release and to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner.Failuretoprovidesuchproofofage,particulars orreleaseswillimmediatelyinvalidate thewinner’sentitlementtotheprize,subjecttostatelegislation. 3. Onehundredand two(102) winnerswillbeselectedbyapanelofjudgesappointedbythePromoter.The Winners willbetheentrants whoseentriesfulfilltheentrycriteriaandwhosesubmissions are judgedtobethemostcreativeandoriginalfromallentriesreceived.Thisisagameofskill. ThereisnoelementofchanceinthejudgingoftheCompetitionordeterminationofthe Winners. 17. Thejudges’decision(includinganydecisionsastoprizedistribution)isfinalandthePromoter willnotenterintocorrespondenceregardingtheresult. 19. IfthereisanyeventthatpreventsorhindersthePromoter'sconductoftheCompetitionorthe Promoter'sabilitytodelivertheprize(s)totheprizewinner(s)oftheCompetition,thePromoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the sameconditionsorselectanotherwinner. 31.
