TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ‘MADAGASCAR’ PROMOTION 2012

1.  Information on how to enter, promotional material and prizes form part of these Conditions
    of Entry.
2.  Minors under the age of 18 years must have their parents or legal guardians permission to
    enter.   If the winner of the “major prize” is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded 
    to the winner’s parents or legal guardian on behalf of the winner.  Family movie passes to 
    see Madagascar 3 will be sent to the prize winner regardless of age.
3.  Entry   is   open  to   NSW,   ACT,   VIC,   QLD,   SA,   WA,   NT   &   TAS   residents.   Employees   and   their
    immediate       families   of   the  Promoter   (Pace     Farm   Pty   Ltd),   participating   outlets   and   the
    agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4.  The Madagascar 3 Promotion commences 6th  August 2012 and closes at midnight AEST 30th
    September 2012. The draw takes place at Pace Farm Pty Ltd, 1 Kippist Avenue Minchinbury
    NSW  at   10:30am   on   2nd    October 2012.   The winners   of   the competition   will   be   notified   by
    mail   or   email   or   phone   as   well   as   being   listed   at  www.pacefarm.com  on  or   before   5th
    October 2012.
5.  To   enter,   during   the   promotional      period,   customers     must   purchase      a  minimum   of   one
    promotional package  (Natural Living 600g or Natural Living 700g) and enter the barcode
    on    the   entry   page     at www.pacefarm.com. Customers must accept  the  Terms and Conditions to enter the promotion.
6.  Customers may enter as many times they like provided they have  purchased a carton of
    specially   marked     Pace   Farm  Natural   Living   600g   or   700g   eggs   per   entry.     If   Pace   Farm
    detects   the   evidence   of   foul   play,  Pace   Farm   reserves   the   right   to   require   a   receipt  be
    produced for all promotional packs purchased during the entry period to qualify entries in
    the competition.
7.  The   Promoter   reserves   the   right   to   verify   the   validity   of   entries   and   disqualify   any   entrant
    who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
    the terms and conditions of entry.
8.  The    promoter      will  advertise   the   winners    on   the   website   www.pacefarm.com on 10th
    October 2012.       Winners names of the major prize will be published in ‘The Australian’ on 18th
    October 2012.
9.  The prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. The total prize pool is up to $ 17250.
11. There are 3  “Major Prize” winners of Family Trips to Dreamworld  for a family of two adults
    and two accompanying children (0- 13 years) for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights (min 3
    star    hotel)  including      flights (economy        class)  (if  residing    interstate),   Surfers   Paradise
    accommodation, 4 days car hire  (subject to car hire conditions), 2 days unlimited entry to
    both     Dreamworld       and    Whitewater      World    and   an   exclusive    welcome       dinner   with   the
    Madagascar characters at Dreamworld, valued at up to $3000 each. Pricing is based on
    RRP.     Holidays    are   subject    to  availability   at   time   of booking      and    must    be   taken    in
    accordance  with  the  conditions  below  and  may  subject  to  “Black  out”  periods  such  as 
    school   holidays,  Easter,   Christmas,   and   New Year.   The   Promoter also   reserves   the right   to
    change   holidays   if   necessary   in   its   absolute   discretion.   For   further   terms   and   conditions
    relating to the “Major Prize” please see below.
12. There are 100 “family movie passes”. This prize is one family movie pass (i.e. 2 adults and 2
    children) to see the  ‘Madagascar 3’ movie in season.Each pass is valued at $60 each –
    Total value ($6000) – family passes may be subject to blackout session times/days.Refer to
    terms & conditions on the pass for further details.
13. There are 30 “Minor prizes” of Madagascar Merchandise packs valued at $75 each – total
    value $2250.
14. The Promoter “Pace Farm PTY LTD” takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.   
15. The   Promoter   may   conduct   further   prize   draws   at   1   Kippist   Ave   Minchinbury   NSW   on  4th
    January  2013  at   1.30pm,   as   necessary   to   distribute   remaining  unclaimed  prizes   if   entries
    from   the   various   states   are   insufficient   or   ruled   ineligible   in   prize   draw. If   this   redraw   is required, winners will be notified in writing by mail or email by 9th  January and any winners
        will be published in the Australian on 16th  January 2013.
    16. The   Promoter   shall   not   be   liable   for   any   loss   or   damage   whatsoever   which   is   suffered
         (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury that is
        suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, excepting for any liability which
        cannot be excluded by law.
    17. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility for
        any entries not received due to electronic failure on either the receivers or senders end.
    18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned in any respect due
        to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Pace Farm, Pace Farm, subject to state
        legislation    reserves    the  right  in  its  sole  discretion  to  cancel, postpone or  amend     the
        competition.
    19. The Promoter collects entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion.  If 
        the information requested is not provided the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
        By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, the entrant agrees the Promoter may
        use   this   information   in   any   media   for   future   promotion,   marketing   and   publicity   purposes
        without any further reference, payment or compensation to the entrant.  Including sending
        the entrant electronic messages.  Entrant’s personal information may be disclosed to the SA 
        Lottery   Department   and   winners   names   published   under   the   relevant   lottery   legislation.

Terms & Conditions for “Major Prize”(condition 10 above)

         1. Selection of airline, departure and arrival destination,  flight times and accommodation
        venue (min 3 star hotel) is at Ardent Leisure Limitedbs discretion upon time of booking.

        2.    The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during Australian school holidays
         (inclusive   of   all   Australian   States) or   during   Gold   Coast   600   Event   dates   (19-21   October
        2012), and is valid for a period of 6 months from the original draw date. Validity date of this
        prize cannot   be   extended.       There is a   designated date  for   the   dinner celebration  (to   be
        determined based on draw date of competition). Guests have the option of travelling on
        the day of the dinner party or may travel at an alternative time and forfeit the dinner party.

        3.     Flight may only be taken from the winners nearest Australian major airport to the Gold
        Coast or Brisbane. (Flights are economy class)

        4.     The   prize  winner    will  be  required    to  provide   at  least   3  weeks  notice     of  intent   to
        travel.   All components of prize are subject to availability at time of booking.

        5.    If the winner resides within a 3-hour drive or 240km from Dreamworld and WhiteWater
        World, airfares and car rental are not included in the prize.

        6.    Once   booked,   any   changes   made   to   the   booking   may   incur   a   cancellation   fee   of
        amendment fee,  at  the   cost  of  the   winner.   The   winner    of  the  prize  (and    their  travel
        companions) will not accrue any frequent flyer points from taking the prize.

7.    The  car   hire   vehicle   will   be   available   upon   arrival   at   Queensland,   for   pick   from   the
airport and drop off on departure. There are certain terms that apply that must be met to
hire   a   car. If   these   terms   are   not   met,   interstate   winners   will  need   to   arrange   their   own
travel   to   and   from   the   hotel   and   too   and  from   Dreamworld.  The   Promoter   accepts   no
responsibility for damage, mistreatment or ill manor to the hire car caused by the hirer.  The
Promoter      will  not   be   liable  for  any   additional     expenses     incurred    by   the   hirer  through
mistreatment, illegal behaviors, or a violation of the car hire's terms and conditions of use.
The car hire only covers the day rate hire of the car, all insurance, petrol and damage costs
will   be   the   responsibility   of   the   prize-winner. Prize   winner   will   need   to   present   a   current
credit card for security purposes upon collection of the vehicle.

8.    All components of the  prize must be taken together. Travel Insurance is not included.
Travel   Prize   does   not include  meals, spending   money   or   transport   to   and from   departure
and  arrival  points.  All  other  ancillary  and  travel  costs  are  the  winner’s  responsibility.  All
additional costs incurred whereby the prize winner wishes to make variations to the travel
are  the  winner’s  responsibility  and  must  be  booked  separately  by  the  winner.  All   travel
variations are subject to approval by Ardent Leisure Limited upon booking. Travel variations
include,   but   are   not   limited   to   extension   of   travel   duration,   travellers   outside   of   the   age
restriction and additional travellers.

9.    Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner
does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner
and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize.              Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot
be   varied.   Any   unused   portion   of   the   prize   is   not-transferable,   non-refundable   and   non-
redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.

10.   The competition is open to Australian Residents. If the winner is under the age of 18
years the prize may be awarded, at the absolute discretion of the promoter, to their parent
or legal guardian. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the winner must be
accompanied by an adult aged 21 years and over.

11.   Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is
claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
