HOW TO ENTER

To enter, simply select which of the featured RedBalloon experiences you’d like to win for your Dad this Father’s Day between 17/08/2012 and 30/08/2012.

Entrants will be automatically entered into the draw to win 1 of 5 $500 RedBalloon Gift Certificates.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Submission of entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
You will be automatically entered into the draw to win 1 of 5 - $500 RedBalloon Gift Certificate.
You must enter using a valid email address to be eligible.
Promotional period commences 20/08/2012 and closes 30/08/2012 at midday AEST. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims.
The winner will be notified by email by 30/08/2012 5pm and will receive their prize within 7 days.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion, fulfill prizing and to send weekly newsletters, as a condition of entry. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at www.redballoon.com.au/general/privacy.cfm.
Entry is open to Australian residents (excluding ACT).
Employees of the Promoter, RedBalloon Pty Ltd, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Entrants may choose to share their entry, by posting to their Facebook wall. Entrants will receive one additional entry into the promotion for every friend that enters the promotion using the link that is posted to their Facebook wall.
Entrants can also receive an additional entry for ‘Liking’ RedBalloon on Facebook from the Thank you page of the promotion.
Only one entry into the competition per person will be allowed
Contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.
The prize consists of 5 x $500 RedBalloon Gift Certificates with a total prize value of $2500.
Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash as illustrated in our voucher terms and conditions.

The prizes will be drawn at RedBalloon Pty Limited - 179 Harris St, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Extremely similar, though the one hosted on Red Balloon FB page has 5x $500 and is Random Draw.  I'll enter both!
