•Competition starts 16/8/12 1:00pm AEST– 26/8/12 11:59pm AEST.

 •Entry is open to Australian residents over 18 with an Australian postal address, who are fans of TargusAU. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. To enter like TargusAU on facebook and tell us in 25 words or less what your dad will use his Targus backpack for?

 •This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and creativity of the 25 word or less response provided on entry.

 •The best 25 valid entries, as determined by the judges, will each win one A7 Backpack TSB165US-51 valued at $89.95 RRP.

 •The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 •TargusAU reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

 •TargusAU management reserve the right to approve/disapprove all entries received.

 •Winners will be announced on the TargusAU facebook page.

 •A street address (not a PO box) must be provided for sending out your prize.

 •The prize/s are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

 •No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of a prize.

 •In the event a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
 •Prizes will be dispatched from TargusAU no later than the 31/08/12.

 •No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
