Terms & Conditions
Any person over the age of 18 may enter the Brut & Lonsdale competition on https://www.facebook.com/BrutAustralia
This competition is only open to people residing in Australia.
Participants must like the BrutAustralia Facebook Fan page at https://www.facebook.com/BrutAustralia to enter the competition.
Eligibility to participate is subject to the rules and regulations of the state or country where each competitor lives as applicable to participation in contests.
Employees of Pharmacare or affiliated companies, advertising agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for Brut, are not eligible to enter.
How to enter

Information on “How to enter” and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
The competition starts on 14 August and ends on 31 August 2012. The winners will be notified on facebook on 3 September 2012.

Incomplete entries will be disqualified. *Brut Australia” will not be responsible for misplaced or lost entries.

How You Will Be Judged

Brut Australia will select price winners on 3 September 2012
Winners are judged on the answers to the open ended question.
The Brut Australia judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes

Total prize pool value is $688.70 Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes.
All prize values are in Australian Dollars.
If any prize or reward (or part of any prize or reward) is unavailable, Brut Australia, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or reward (or part of the prize or reward) with a prize or reward to the equal value and/or specification
Prizes and rewards, or any unused portion of a prize or reward, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Conditions

Submission of your completed facebook entry shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended in Brut Australia sole discretion) and your voluntary transfer to Brut Australia of all right, title, and interest.
To the extent permitted by law, Pharmacare Laboratories, Brut Australia its authorised distributors and related companies including the directors, officers, contractors and employees of any of them will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the competition.
Competitors must notify Brut Australia in writing of any changes of facebook address. Winners who cannot be reached on facebook within a week of the announcement will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited to another prize winner who shall be picked by Brut Australia at its absolute discretion.
Entries must be posted on BrutAustralia facebook page on or before 31 August 2012. Any submissions received after then will not be considered.
5.   Brut Australia reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual competitors. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online http://www.facebook.com.au/BrutAustralia. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted along with your entry form become the sole and exclusive property of Pharmacare Laboratories
Deed of Conditions and Release

Each prize winner as a condition precedent to receiving their prize will enter into a Deed of Conditions and Release in respect of their prize and the conditions of the contest in accordance with the terms therein.
