and answer the question “How many people have worked on building Kong to date?”.   Email your answer, along with your full name, age, postcode and phone number to entries@kingkongliveontstage.com.

TERMS OF ENTRY
1.Information on How to Enter form part of these Terms.  To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms below prevail.  By entering, you accept these Terms.


2.Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over only.  Employees of or family members of employees of Marriner Theatre Group, Global Creatures and aka Promotions are ineligible to enter.


3. Entries close at 5pm Thursday 6 September 2012, and the winner will be drawn on Friday 7 September 2012.


4.There will be one (1) winner who will be notified on Friday 7 September 2012 via the email address submitted.


5.The one (1) winner will receive:

 An invitation for two (2) people to the King Kong Official Launch to be held on Sunday, 7 October 2012.


6.This prize is non-transferable and not exchangable . The winner must be available to attend the Official Launch on 7 October 2012.


7.The winner and their guest will be responsible for organising and covering all costs associated with their travel to and from the Official Launch.


8.Neither Global Creatures, nor the Marriner Theatre Group or aka Promotions are liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, subject to State Government legislation. Global Creatures, the Marriner Theatre Group and aka Promotions will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if this deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of Global Creatures, the Marriner Theatre Group and aka Promotions including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.


9.If the prize is not claimed prior to 5pm Monday 10 September 2012 aka Promotions may re-draw a new winner. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or service and no exchange communications will be entered into.


10.All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by aka Promotions when received by the entry email entries@kingkongliveontstage.com and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant. aka Promotions’ records are conclusive as to time of receipt. Late, illegal, incomplete, or illegible, entries are invalid. aka Promotions is not responsible for such entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.


11.aka Promotions reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.


12.Entrants are identified by the email address used to submit the entry.  Any prize won by an entrant will be awarded to the holder of the email address (or that person’s parent/guardian) from which that entry was submitted.  aka Promotions takes no responsibility for disputes resulting from entries submitted using an email address belonging to any other person.


13.Entries become the property of aka Promotions.  aka Promotions collects and holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners, verify prize winners' identities andmay be used by Global Creatures, the Marriner Theatre Group and aka Promotions for future promotional activities, including (where consented to) sending the entrant emails. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by Global Creatures, the Marriner Theatre Group and aka Promotions by calling 03 8866 8312 (aka Promotions).


14.Failure to provide all requested personal information may result in the entry being invalid.


15.Each entrant agrees that, if he or she wins a prize, his or her details (including name, suburb/town, and photo) may be published (in print and/or online) by Global Creatures, the Marriner Theatre Group and/or aka Promotions and used for other publicity purposes.


16.aka Promotions is the promoter and its registered office is located at Level 6, 3 Bowen Crescent, Melbourne VIC.
