Prize value is a guesstimate as it would depend on how many who win come from outside Victoria.  If all $20 are from outside then their prize is valued at $750 in fares and $220 in accommodation.

By ticking this box you acknowledge that if you are winner in the draw, you will be required to produce your original Priceline receipt in order to collect your prize  A bit confusing as I picked up the entry form at a Chemist Warehouse???

1. The Promoter

2. Terms of Entry

(a) All Competition entries must be made directly by the person entering the Competition.
(b) Competition entries can be made from 9.00am AEST on 6 August 2012 until 12.00 noon AEST on 14 September 2012 if the Competition entries are received via the Promoter’s website www.QuickTrim®.net.au.
(c)Competition entries can be received via mail from 6 August 2012 until 12.00 noon on 13 September 2012, with postal entries being sent to PO Box 1585, Clayton South, Victoria, 3169.
(d) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
(e) Winning entrants must provide proof of purchase of a QuickTrim® product
(excluding QuickTrim® shakers) to the Promoter.
(f) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
(g) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(h) Entries must contain a statement in 25 words or less as to why they wish to lose weight with QuickTrim®.

(i) Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase for the relevant QuickTrim® products required to be purchased as a condition of entry.

3. Who May Enter

(a) The Competition is open to all Australian permanent residents, aged 18 years or over.
(b) The Competition is not open to:
(i) Employees of the Promoter;
(ii) Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
(iii) Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and (iv) Any immediate family members of any of the above mentioned parties.

4. Selecting the Winners

(a) The Competition winners will be selected on 15 September 2012 at 12.00 noon at A5/2 Westall Road, Clayton, Victoria, 3168 by one or more representatives of the Promoter.
(b) The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Subject to the Competition entrants complying with these terms, the winning entries will be judged solely on their answers provided.
(c) The Competition winners will be notified by telephone or email by 5.00pm on 17 September 2012. If an entrant cannot be contacted by this time, the entrant may forfeit their prize and the Promoter may award a prize to the next best entrant. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact each winner within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winners have been selected.

5. Prize

(a) The prize is one of 20 VIP double passes to meet Kim Kardashian at an exclusive VIP event in Melbourne to be held on 20 September 2012.
(b) The VIP double passes awarded by the Promoter are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration, will result in the cancellation of the prize. The Promoter reserves the ultimate discretion on such matters.
(c) Any Competition winner that does not reside in the state of Victoria, will be awarded two (assuming the winner is accompanied by the other VIP double pass holder on the flight who also resides outside the State of Victoria) return economy airfares to Melbourne, with the face value of each airfare not exceeding $750 per return airfare.
(d) The Promoter will also award one night’s hotel accommodation to all winners that reside outside the State of Victoria on a twin-share basis, with the face value of the hotel rooms nominated by the Promoter not exceeding $220.
(e) The prizes do not include any airport transfers and cab fares.


6. Publicity


(a) The Promoter will publish the Competition winners on its website www.quicktrim.net.au on 15 September 2012.

(b) The Promoter will publish the winners’ names in The Australian Newspaper on 17 September 2012.
(c) Entry into the Competition constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the winners’ names for advertising and promotional purposes, including, but not limited to publication of the winners’ names on its website without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

7. Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant

(a) The Promoter
reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and its sole discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the
Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
(b) The Promoter reserves
the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual for acting in violation of any of these terms and conditions.

8.
Exclusion of Liability

(a) The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality/suitability/
merchantability of the prizes offered.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to
the value of any prizes.
(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to
personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission,
deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of
any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying
the winner.
(d) The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
(e) The Promoter is under
no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(f) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of
correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the
