Facebook Promotion Terms and Conditions

 

*1.  Win $1,000 worth of Groceries (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”)
1. Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of gift voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms
2. The Promotion commences on Tuesday 21st August 2012 at 9am AEST and closes on Friday 21st September 2012 at 5pm AEST (“Promotional Period”)
3. The Promoter (“Promoter”) is Jen Management QLD Pty Ltd A.B.N. 61 080 874 – Q Super Centre, Corner Bermuda and Markeri Streets Mermaid Waters 4218
4. Information on prizes and how to win form part of these conditions.
5. The Prize Supplier (“Prize Supplier”) is Q Super Centre – Jen Management QLD Pty Ltd
6. The Prize (“the Prize”) is $1,000 Worth of Groceries awarded as 2 x $500 Groceries Only Woolworths Wish Cards. The first eligible entry drawn will win The Prize.
7. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. To enter the competition you must ‘Like’ Q Super Centre on Facebook, provide an email address and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per Facebook account.
9. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the Promotion
10. The Winner (“Winner”) will be selected at random and notified by Q Super Centre’s Management staff on Friday 21st September by email and/or phone. The Winner will also be announced via Facebook Page on Tuesday 25th September 2012.
11. The Winner must collect the prize by Monday 24th September 2012 between 9:00am AUST and 5:00pm AEST from Q Super Centre’s Centre Management office and agree to have their photo taken for publication on Q Super Centre’s website, Facebook fan page and monthly e-newsletter. If the prize is not collected by this date it will be redrawn.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the Winner or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control subject to regulatory authorities.
14. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
15. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information provided by entrants  for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
17. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage, or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
18. Employees, immediate families and any person living at the same address of the Promoter, Prize Suppliers, and all Retailers at Q Super Centre and any associated organisations with this Promotion are ineligible to be selected for The Prize
