TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Retailers and their staff and families are ineligible to enter this promotion. Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and their respective related corporate bodies and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion.
 
 
 1.The promotion runs from 9.00am (AEST) 1 September 2012 and concludes at 6.00pm on 30 September 2012 (AEST), or when all stocks of the gift has been depleted, whichever arises first.
 
 
 1.During the promotional period customers of Queen Victoria Building (QVB) will have a chance to redeem a free gift, upon spending the qualifying amount from participating Fashion, Fashion Accessories, Footwear and Jewellery stores at QVB.
 
 
 1.The free gift is a PANDORA sterling silver five-clip bracelet with oxidized sterling silver flower clip (valued at $138). There are a total of 200 units to give away. Gift distribution will be on a first come, first served basis.

 
 1.To enter, customers must spend a minimum of $300 or more on Fashion on a single day. Multiple receipts to the value of a minimum of $300 will be accepted, but receipts must all be from the same day.

 
 1.Customers must present their receipts to QVB Concierge for validation. Customers will then be directed to PANDORA to collect their free gift.

 
 1.Only original receipts will be accepted. Duplicate receipts will not be accepted.
 
 
 1.Customers are only permitted to redeem one gift per person, per day.

 1.The gift is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

 
 1.The Promoter's decision as to eligibility for the gift is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the conduct of the promotion or otherwise.
 
 
 1.The gift recipients must, on request by the Promoter, be able to provide evidence which, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the recipient is an eligible entrant and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
 
 
 1.By redeeming the gift, the recipients agree that the Promoter and their related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the gift, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
 
 
 1.By redeeming the gift, the recipients agree to be featured in promotional material including but not limited to video, photographic, text, audio recording which could be advertised in print and online.

 
 1.The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrectly entered or misdirected redemptions.  The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the receipts or who submits receipts that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
 
 
 1.In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion delay the promotion or parts of the promotion so effected.  Arrangements regarding recommencement of the promotion or parts of the promotion will be advertised.

 
 1.All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion, each entrant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of entrants' personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with information on special offers or provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages.
