Promotion commences 5.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 11 September 2012.

Entries close 5.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 26 September 2012. Entries received after the closing date and time will be deemed invalid.
Information on how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion (“the Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents who enter during the Promotional Period, either online via the Toys”R”Us website www.toysrus.com.au or via the Toys”R”Us Australia Facebook page www.facebook.com/toysrusau. All entries will be automatically subscribed to the Toys”R”Us VIP email database. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and its agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
The competition will be advertised on the Toys”R”Us website www.toysrus.com.au and on the Toys”R”Us Australia Facebook page www.facebook.com/toysrusau and is open to all Facebook users.
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, and agree to release Facebook from any action in association with this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter (not Facebook) at the address given in clause 23 of these Terms and Conditions. To enter the competition, you must do one of the following:
Visit the Toys”R”Us website www.toysrus.com.au, follow the Promotion link and complete the entry form, filling in all required fields.
Visit the Toys”R”Us Australia Facebook page www.facebook.com/toysrusau, open the Promotion app and complete the entry form filling in all the required fields.
If you are aged under 18 years, you must seek the consent of your parent or legal guardian before entering this competition.
There is no cost associated with the Promoter to enter the Promotion. The cost of entering the Promotion is dependent on the entrant’s internet service provider.
Entrants must make their competition entry manually using an Internet browser. The Promoter may reject entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that an entry has been made using automated entry means or by use of a computer entry service.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be individually judged and assessed by the Promoter’s panel of judges for their quality and creativity in answer to ‘Tell us in 25 words or less what birthday present would you give to Geoffrey & why?
Multiple entries are permitted and must be accompanied by a separate “25 words or less” story.
Nineteen (19) Toys”R”Us $50 Gift Cards will be awarded to the first nineteen (19) eligible winners as selected by the promoter.
Each Toys”R”Us $50 Gift Card is valued at $50.00 each.
Total prize pool is valued at $950.00.
The draw will take place at the end of the Promotional Period on Friday 28 September 2012 at 11:00am (AEST) at Toys”R”Us, Block G Commercial Drive, 391 Park Road, Regents Park NSW 2143.
The promoter will contact the prize winners via telephone within 5 business days of them named in the entry. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
The prize winners will have their details published on the Toys“R”Us website www.toysrus.com.au and the Toys”R”Us Australia Facebook page www.facebook.com/toysrusau by Tuesday 2 October 2012.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
No component of these gifts can be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Gifts must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
