  Super A-Mart “Spring Cleaning” Promotion 2012 Terms and Conditions:
The Super A-Mart “Freshen Up And Win” Promotion (“the Promotion”) is conducted by Super A-Mart Pty Ltd ABN 65 009 810 324 c/- cnr Pacific Motorway and Springwood Road Springwood QLD 4217 (“the Promoter”, “us” or “we”). These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” which include without limitation the information on how to enter and prize details which we publish in relation to the Promotion) apply to the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU MUST NOT ENTER THE COMPETITION.

Entering the Promotion
The Promotion runs from Monday 20 August 2012 at 12:01am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) until Sunday 16 September 2012 at 11.59pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).
Entry is only open to residents of Australia only.
Employees and their families of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
If you are aged under 18, you must seek the consent of your parent or legal guardian before entering this Promotion.
To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any product (an “Eligible Product”) from a Super A-Mart store, then fully and correctly complete the official entry form in store. Entrants must retain their original purchase documentation for verification purposes.
Entrants must have either paid for the Eligible Product in full (or paid the minimum deposit for the Eligible Product where the Eligible Product is to be received by the entrant after the close of the Promotional Period) to be eligible to win the prize.
Only one entry per household is permitted.
ENTRANTS MUST RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PURCHASE DOCUMENTATION SHOWING THE PURCHASE OF AN ELIGIBLE PRODUCT, CORRESPONDING STORE NAME AND DATE AND TIME OF PURCHASE TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. THE PROMOTER RESERVES, IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, THE RIGHT TO REQUEST COPIES OF ALL PURCHASE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE ENTRANT. FAILURE TO PROVIDE ALL PURCHASE DOCUMENTATION WHEN REQUESTED MAY, IN THE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE PROMOTER, RENDER AN ENTRANT’S ENTRY INVALID AND FORFEIT THEIR RIGHT TO THE PRIZE. PURCHASE DOCUMENTATION MUST CLEARLY SPECIFY THE STORE OF PURCHASE AND THAT THE PURCHASE WAS MADE DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD BUT PRIOR TO ENTRY.

Prize
The prize is to win the services of domestic house cleaner for a year, which includes an initial spring clean of the winner’s residence by two “cleaners for five (5) hours, followed by a weekly clean by one (1) cleaner for three (3) hours per week for the following 51 weeks (the “Services”).
The Services will be performed by cleaners engaged by Dial- An- Angel Pty Ltd ABN 81 002 501 797 (“Dial An Angel”).
Should the winner reside in an area in which Dial An Angel cannot perform the Services, then Dial An Angel will arrange for suitably qualified alternative providers to perform the Services at no additional cost to the winner. If a suitably qualified alternative suppler can be sourced, the winner will receive the value of the prize less a 15% administration fee charged by Dial An Angel in cash. In no other circumstances is the prize is redeemable for cash.
The prize will be drawn at 3pm on 21 September 2012 at the office of Super A-Mart Administration cnr Pacific Motorway and Springwood Road Springwood QLD 4217.
The prize will be made available to the winner within 28 days of the winner being drawn.
The total maximum value of the prize is $11,572 including GST. Prize value is correct at time of printing.
If a person under the age of 18 years is the winner, the prize will be awarded on their behalf to their nominated parent or guardian at the Promoter’s discretion on the winner’s behalf.
The Promoter will endeavour to contact the winner in writing within 2 business days of them winning the prize to confirm their address details.
The winner will have their name and postcode published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on 24 September 2012.
If the prize remains unclaimed by close of business on 28 December 2012 the Promoter may conduct a redraw at the same place as the original prize draw on 3pm 4 January 2013, subject to any written directions received from any regulator responsible for supervising the conduct of the Promotion (each a “Regulator”). The winner of any redraw will have their name and postcode published in the Public Notices section of The Australian on 10 January 2013.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any services or products provided by the Promoter.

Disclaimers
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Copied entry forms will not be accepted.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant for the purposes of the Promotion
The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions received from any Regulator.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running to completion due to (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control or which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (subject to any directions given by any Regulator), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

Exclusions and our liability
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss and damages) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering or trying to enter the Promotion or accepting the prize offered as part of the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Termination
We may terminate or cancel your entry in the Promotion immediately in our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Your personal information
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including Regulators, for the purpose of processing and conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this Promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering this Promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy at the Promoter’s website (www.superamart.com.au) or by contacting the Promoter on (07) 3380 5500 during office hours.

You indemnify us
You release and agree to keep the Promoter indemnified from any claim, cost, demand, tax, liability or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by us, our directors, employees, agents and representatives arising out of your entry in the Promotion or any claim by a third party arising from an act or omission by you.

Failure to comply and severability
We are not liable for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If any part or provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, that part or provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement and governing law
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us as to its subject matter. By entering the Promotion, subject to the requirements of any Regulator, you accept that this agreement is to be interpreted, and any disputes are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction.
