PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

 Registrations will open on Friday 14/09/12 and remain open until Sunday 30/09/12 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.

PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES

 Winners will be judged and prizes awarded at one (1) time throughout the contest period on:

ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

 Entry is available to permanent residents of: Australia

Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Entry Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

METHOD OF ENTRY

 Entrants will register their details in the competition application tab and tell us in 25 words or less “what is your favourite LEGO theme and why?” The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages, however entrants will not be added to email marketing or newsletter lists without express consent. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

JUDGING DETAILS

There will be one (1) judging period taking place on Monday 1 October 2012.
• Winners will be selected on their answer to “what is your favourite LEGO theme and why?”
•Winners will be notified by email. If a contestant or winner is not successfully contacted in an email by the Promoter that person will be disqualified and a replacement winner will be selected by the Promoter. Once the winner is confirmed by email, they can be announced on Outer Rim Trading Co.'s Facebook page.

PRIZE DETAILS

Major Prizes

The number of major prizes awarded is determined by the number of unique entrants in the promotion.
 •If the number of entrants is less than 2500, there is 1 prize.
•If the number of entrants is 2500 or greater, and fewer than 3000, there are 2 prizes.
•If the number of entrants is 3000 or greater, and fewer than 3500, there are 3 prizes.
•If the number of entrants is 3500 or greater, and fewer than 4000, there are 4 prizes.
•If the number of entrants is 4000 or greater, and fewer than 4500, there are 5 prizes.
•If the number of entrants is 4500 or greater, and fewer than 5000, there are 6 prizes.
•If the number of entrants is 5000 or greater, and fewer than 10000, there are 7 prizes.
•If the number of entrants is 10000 or greater, there are 8 prizes.
 
No entrant may win more than one major prize.
 
Daily Bonus prizes
 
Each day for the duration of the promotion, one entrant will be selected by judges for a $10 Outer Rim Trading Co. gift voucher. Winning the Daily Bonus prize does not disqualify an entrant from winning a major prize. No entrant may win more than one Daily Bonus prize.
 
Total maximum prize pool value is approx AUD $1650.
 
Prizes are subject to the following terms and conditions:
•Outer Rim Trading Co. retains the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
•The winner of each prize may choose to accept a gift voucher of Outer Rim Trading Co. store credit totalling 75% of the stated RRP of the prize. No other substitutions are permitted.
•Outer Rim Trading Co. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions listed at any time without prior notice.
•Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
•This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, or The LEGO Group. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
