1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the
competition, participants accept these Terms and Conditions. 
2. The competition is known as Discover Kuala Lumpur.
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and above. The entrant must enter online and
agree to receive  email information from the Promoter  www.zuji.com.au. The entrant’s  entry will be
deemed void and ineligible where it does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions. Federal,
state and local laws and regulations may be applicable. Officers, employees and immediate families of
the promoter, ZUJI, companies within the ZUJI group and agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter.
4. The competition runs from Monday 3 September 2012 until Wednesday 3 October 2012.
5. The closing date of entries is Wednesday 3 October 2012 11:59 pm (EST).
6. To enter the draw, entrants must register their entry by answering the following question in 25 words
of less: “What’s your recipe for discovering Kuala Lumpur?”
7. The prize will be awarded to the best valid entry, as determined by the judges ZUJI Pty Ltd staff. Entries
will be judged on creativity and originality and chance play no part in this Competition. 
8. The decision of the Promoter or its officers, employees, agents or representatives on all disputes or
queries regarding this contest is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
9. The draw will be conducted on Friday 5 October 2012 in New South Wales, Australia, Level 9, 15 Blue
Street, North Sydney. Draw time is 03:00 pm (EST). 
10. The Promoter  in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms, make prize
substitutions or cancel this competition without notice in accordance to state legislation.  The Promoter
is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, howsoever caused, or for entries received after
the deadline as a consequence of internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be
tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or any of  the Promoter’s websites
(“Websites”), in violation of the Terms of Use of the Web sites, or acting in violation of these Terms and
Conditions.  The Promoter reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has
undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this contest or the Web sites.
12. The Promoter does not make any warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the prize and
does not accept any responsibilities therefore.  The entrant agrees that the Promoter is not responsible
or liable for any costs, damages, claims, demands or liability incurred by the entrant or any third party
relating to or resulting from this contest, including but not limited to injury or damage to an entrant’s or
third person’s computer.
13. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted an online entry, the entry
will be deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the email account.
14. The winning prize, a 4 night holiday in Kuala Lumpur includes:
2 return economy class airfares to Kuala Lumpur flying Malaysia Airlines, from the winner's closest
Australian capital city, inclusive of tax.
