TERMS & CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION: Biozet Attack 19mL Laundry Liquid Sample (Sampling Giveaway)

1. This Sampling Giveaway is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 and above. Claimants under the legal age are required to obtain the permission of his or her legal guardian prior to requesting a sample. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Offeror and its agencies are ineligible. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
 
 
2. The Sampling Giveaway commences on 17/09/2012 at 10am AEST and will continue until 5.00pm AEST on 21/09/12 or until stocks last.
 
 
3. To claim a Sample Pack, a claimant must, during the Offer Period, like the official Biozet Attack Australia page on Facebook (at http://www.facebook.com/biozetattack) and submit a completed claim form, via the Free Sample tab on the Biozet Attack Facebook page (Sampling Giveaway Website), including providing their name, email address, date of birth and delivery address and agreeing to this Sampling Giveaway's Terms & Conditions (Claim).
 
 
4. Each Sample Pack will contain one (1) x 19mL sample of Biozet Attack Laundry Liquid (Sample). The Sample is for sample/promotional purposes only and do not have a retail value.
 
 
5. Samples are not for sale and must not be made for sale by the claimant. Samples are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
 
6. Limit one (1) Claim permitted per household.
 
7. Each valid Claim received during the Offer Period will receive one (1) Sample Pack. The Sample Pack will be sent to the claimant at the delivery address set out in their Claim Form. Delivery of the Samples may take up to 28 days from the end of the Offer Period. It is the responsibility of the Claimaint to provide a correct and valid delivery address.
 
8. The Offeror's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected Claims. Such Claims will be deemed invalid.
 
9. Any cost associated with accessing the official Biozet Attack Australia page Facebook is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. All claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Offeror and not at the time of transmission by the claimant.
 
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability arising under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) in relation to supply of products), the Offeror (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Sampling Giveaway, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Offeror's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Offeror) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Offeror. To the extent permitted by law, the Offeror and any of their associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, expense, personal injury, death or liability (including, but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses) that is suffered or incurred in connection with the Sampling Giveaway, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Offeror, and its associated agencies, or any person associated with any of them including their employees or agents or otherwise. Each claimant also releases Facebook from any liability for any loss or damages whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in relation to the Sampling Giveaway, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
 
11. If the Sampling Giveaway is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Offeror, the Offeror reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Sampling Giveaway, as appropriate; or (c) to substitute the Sample with another product.
 
12. The Offeror reserves the right to request claimants to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated sample delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Offeror. The Offeror reserves the right to disqualify any claimant who submits a Claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Offeror's discretion. Failure by the Offeror to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
 
13. Claimants' personal information will be collected to enable the Offeror to administer this Sampling Giveaway. The personal information of the claimant may be provided to others assisting, including sample suppliers and deliverers for the purposes of conducting the Sampling Giveaway. If the personal information requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the Sampling Giveaway. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed Kao Australia Pty. Limited of 1A The Crescent, Kingsgrove NSW 2208. A.B.N. 59 054 708 299 Phone: (02) 9502 8800. If a claimant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Offeror may determine the claimant is not eligible to participate in the Sampling Giveaway or receive Sample Pack.
 
14. This Sampling Giveaway offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Claimants understand that they are providing their information to the Offeror and not to Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sampling Giveaway must be directed to Kao Australia Pty. Limited of 1A The Crescent, Kingsgrove NSW 2208. A.B.N. 59 054 708 299 (Phone: 02 9502 8800), not to Facebook. The information claimants provide will be securely stored and will only be used in the ways outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
