Every person that submits an entry to the “Share Your Shoe Shame” competition will receive
one (1) entry form to win one (1) prize of twelve (12) pairs of shoes from Authentics to be
redeemed at any time over 12 months from the date of announcement and to be redeemed
through www.authentics.com.au only.
2. Competition opens at 12noon Monday 3
rd
September. Entries close at 11.59pm Sunday 23
rd
September. The top ten (10) entries will be chosen as finalists by Authentics on Monday 24
th
September 2012. These 10 finalists will then be voted for via Facebook Likes on the Facebook
App page. The finalist with the most likes by 11.59pm Friday 28
th
September 2012 will win the
prize.
3. There are four (4) conditions necessary to be eligible to be a finalist and to win the prize. They
are:
a) The user must be an Authentics Online Facebook Fan.

b) The user must provide a name and valid email address.
c) The user must agree to give Authentics permission to post their entry to the Facebook
App page.
d) The user must agree to give Authentics permission to add their email address to their
newsletter database for continued communication.
Users who have met the above conditions on or before the 23
rd
of September 2012 at
11:59pm will be eligible to be chosen as a finalist.
4. The entries will be judged based on creativity and humour of their entry. The ten (10) most
creative and humorous entries, as decided by Authentics, will become the finalists.
5. Entrants are required to show us why they deserve to win 12 pairs of shoes from Authentics
by doing one of the following:
a) Submission of a picture that shows why they deserve the shoes.
b) Submission of a video that shoes why they deserve the shoes.
Submissions may be either uploaded through the Authentics Online Facebook App, or a URL
provided.
6. The entries will be judged by a panel of 2 employees from Authentics with the following
criteria to select the winners:
a) humour
b) creativity
The entries will be given a score out of 10 for humour and 10 for creativity, with the instance
of a tie being resolved by the addition of a third person to the panel.
7. Entries will be judged and finalists will be announced within 24 hours of entries closing at
11.59pm Sunday 23
rd
September. Under no circumstances will the finalists be drawn at
random. Voting for the winner of the 10 finalists will close at 11.59pm on Friday 28
th
September 2012 and the winner will be announced within 24 hours of voting closing.8. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the
Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are not
eligible to enter.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these Terms & Conditions.
10. Selection of the top 10 finalists will take place at 24 Simla Street Mitcham VIC 3132, within 24
hours of the entries closing. If there is a tie the second draw date will be the following 24
hours after this.
11. Should the prize remain unclaimed or the winner remains un-contactable due to any
misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of announcement the prize will
be forfeited. Judges' and voting decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
12. The winner will be notified by e-mail, their name will be published on the Authentics Online
Facebook page within 24 hours of the voting closing.
13. There will be one (1) prize made up of twelve (12) pairs of shoes with a total recommended
retail price value of up to $3,000 as at 28
th
August 2012.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize
winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
15. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
17. Prize pack, including any unused portions are non transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any
variation in the prize values.
18. The promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the
information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
19. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the
promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and
publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the
entrant.
