Consumers may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is based on a separate Eligible Purchase. Entrants must retain their original Eligible Purchase receipt/s to verify each entry. Failure to provide this/these to the Promoter upon request may, at the Promoter's discretion, result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter's discretion, in all of the entrant's entries being invalid). TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.

1. Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 or over excluding directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies or participating outlets associated with this competition.
2. The competition begins at 12.01am (AEST) on 01/09/12 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/12/12(Competition Period).
3. To enter, consumers must, during the Competition Period:
* Purchase a specially marked 80g pack of VegeDeli Crisps Originalfrom a participating outlet (Eligible Purchase); and
* Visit www.vegechips.com (Website) and fully complete and submit the online entry form, by providing their full name, address, state of residence, phone number, email address, last four digits of their product barcode, batch code, best before date and any additional information as required by the Promoter. Consumers are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet.
4. All entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter's database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. Consumers may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is based on a separate Eligible Purchase. Entrants must retain their original Eligible Purchase receipt/s to verify each entry. Failure to provide this/these to the Promoter upon request may, at the Promoter's discretion, result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter's discretion, in all of the entrant's entries being invalid). 5. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
6. Each entrant will receive a return online notification confirming their successful entry into the competition.By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving this electronic message.
7. The prize draw will be conducted 12 noon (AEST) on 14/01/13atSwitch Marketing. 2/75 Clendon Rd, Toorak, Vic 3142.The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will win the prize.
8. The prize is atrip for 4 people to Bali, includingreturn economy flights from winner's nearest Australian capital city to Denpasar, $500 spending money per person, airport transfers to/from Villa from Airport, luxury Seminyak Villa accommodation for five (5) nights.Villa includes daily maid service, chef, butler service, 24 hour security service, complimentary afternoon tea and cookies, breakfast daily, internet connection.Meals (other than those included), taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-villa charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Cost for ingredients used by Chef are also not included and will be paid for in full by the winner upon checkout from the hotel.Prize must be taken between 1st February and 28th March 2013 or between 16th September and 30th November 2013, subject to booking and flight availability. 9. The winner (and his/her companions) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Winner and companions are responsible for any amendments fee issued by the airline or supplier once booking is confirmed and ticketed. The winner may choose to extend his/her stay at their own expense, subject to availability. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and at the expense of the winner. The winner (and his/her companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
10. The total prize pool is valued at up to $10,000 (inc GST).
11. The prize winner will be notified within two days of the draw by phone and in writing. The winner's name and state/territory of residence will be published in The Australian newspaper on 18/01/13. By entering this competition, each entrant consents to his or her full address not be published.
12. The prize winner must, at the Promoter's request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
13. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years at the closing date of the competition, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian on the winner's behalf.
14. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with paragraph 8. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person.
16. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities, if required.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
18. If the prize has not been accepted or claimed within 3 months of the draw, the relevant winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws at 12 noon (AEST) on15/04/13at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any requirements of any gaming authority. Any winner in this draw will be notified in writing and by telephoneand will have their name and state/territory of residence published in The Australian on 26/04/13.
19. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using facebook. The competition however, is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to facebook. Each entrant completely releases facebook from any and all liability.
20. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of any relevant gaming authority, if required.
21. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
22. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter's database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotion and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at the address below.
