t's the 75th Marrabel Rodeo!!

The Marrabel Rodeo evolved from a picnic programme arranged to raise funds for new tennis courts in 1934.

The first Rodeo was held in 1935.

Marrabel Rodeo is the oldest continuos rodeo in Australia. It is classed in the top five rodeos and features in the Longreach Stockman's Hall of Fame.

Marrabel Rodeo has always been a locally organised event. Local farming families initiated it and those same families (some into their third generation in the Rodeo) are still running it. As it has since its inception, the rodeo continues to raise funds for the local community. All the local sporting clubs, community groups and service clubs are beneficiaries of the Rodeo.

For many years the fame of Marrabel Rodeo rested upon Curio, a brumby bought in a mob in 1945. Unbeaten for eight years, she became the most famous buckjumper in Australia. She was first successfully ridden in 1953 by Alan Woods.

RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- South Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any
prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition
run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY During the Registration Period, listeners will need to go to the website and
register their details on the “win” webpage

ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS The prize draw will take place at 9:00am on Monday 24
th
September 2012 at
SAFM of 128 Greenhill Road Unley. The draw will be a random draw.
The first twenty five (25) entries to be drawn will win the prize.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS There will be a maximum of twenty five (25) prizes.
Each prize will consist of one (1) of the following:
One (1) x double pass to the 75th Marrabel Rodeo  at Marrabel Rodeo
Grounds on Sunday 30th September, 2012
Total maximum value of each prize: $40.00  (x25)
Total maximum value of all prizes: $1000.00
