CONTESTING DATES AND

Contesting will commence at 07:00am on Monday 17
th
September 2012 and
will close at 03:00pm on Wednesday 10
th October 2012 (“Promotional
Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting
Day”.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotional Period at their
ITEM 7: ENTRANT
RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- South Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any
prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition
run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY On each Contesting Day, at specific times as determined by the Promoter,
the Promoter will play a recorded Cue to Call. Listeners will be solicited to
call 13 10 60.  For each Cue to Call the Promoter will select the first caller
through and award them with a Minor Prize as outlined in Item 11.
Each Minor Prize Winner will be allowed to bring one (1) Guest to the Event.
Minor  Prize Winners  must  be able to attend the Event on Thursday 11
th
October 2012 between 07:30pm and 10:30pm. Tickets are non-transferable.
As outlined in Item 7 and Item 14, each Prize Winner and their Guest must be
aged eighteen (18) years or older to attend the Event.
At the end of each daily Contesting Period, all Minor Prize Winners from that
day will  be placed into the Major Prize draw.  The first (1) eligible Minor Prize
Winner manually drawn at random by the Promoter will be awarded with
the major prize as outlined in Item 11: Prize Details.
A maximum of seventeen (17) Minor Prize Winners will be awarded with the
Major Prize as outlined in Item 11, day after their Minor Prize win.
Major Prize Winners must be able to stay at The Oaks Plaza Pier on Thursday 11
th October 2012 between 02:00pm and 10:00am. Accommodation is nontransferable.
Prize Winners will also be asked to provide the following information without
limitation:
- Name;
- Address;
- Contact number ;
- Email;
- Date of Birth;
All Prize Winners and their Guest will be supplied with nibbles, one (1)
cocktail on arrival and two (2) standard/soft drinks during the duration of the
Event.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS N/A
ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS Draws will take place at SAFM of 128 Greenhill Road, Unley SA 5061 on each
Contesting Day determined by the Promoter.
Draws will take place in accordance with Item 8: Method of Entry.
The draw will be a manual random draw.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS There will be a maximum of eighty-five (85) prizes:
There will be sixty-eight (68) minor prizes awarded:
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- Two (2) adult tickets to SAFM’s Spring Fling Party on Thursday 11
October 2012 between 7:30pm and 10:30pm at the Glenelg Pier
Hotel ($20 per ticket = $40 per double pass)
Tickets include nibbles, one (1) cocktail on arrival and two (2) standard/soft
drinks during the duration of the Event.
There will seventeen (17) major prizes:
- One (1) overnight Studio Apartment accommodation at The Oaks
Plaza Pier Glenelg on Thursday 11 October 2012 between 02:00pm
and 10:00am (Valued from $129 per night)
Total maximum value of Minor Prizes: $40.00 (x68)
Total maximum value of Major Prizes: $129.00 (x17)
Total maximum value of all prizes: $4,913.00

CONDITIONS
All attendees of The Event must be aged eighteen (18) years or older and
must present valid photo identification with them at all times. The Promoter
reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendees who, at the Promoters
discretion, fail to provide valid photo identification. All  Prize Winners and  their guests are responsible for arranging their own
transport to and from the Event.
Should any Prize Winners and/or guests be unavailable to attend The Event
or stay at The Oaks Plaza Pier at the date, time and location set by the
Promoter that  Prize  Winner and/or guest will forfeit their Prize and the
Promoter may, at their discretion, judge another Prize Winner in their place.
Tickets and accommodation are non-transferable.
Accommodation costs will be covered by the Promoter for room only.  Any
additional costs, including but not limited to room service, internet use,
phone use and mini bar, will need to be covered by the Prize Winner and/or
their Guest.
Prize Winners and Guests are hereby notified that the hotel may require the
Prize Winner and/or the Guest to present a personal credit card upon
checking in at the hotel.  This is the Prize Winner’s and/or Guest’s
responsibility.  The Promoter will not, under any circumstances, provide credit
card details for a Prize Winner’s room.
Should the event be cancelled by promoter or for a reason beyond the
control of the Promoter, the prizes will be forfeited and no cash or prizes will
be awarded in lieu of the prize.
By attending these events it is possible you may be filmed / photographed
and your image could appear on the promoter’s website / Facebook page
