TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INDOOROOPILLY SHOPPING CENTRE
‘WIN an iPhone 5’ FOOD FESTIVAL YOUTH EVENT
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences at 10am Saturday 29 September 2012 and concludes at 1pm Saturday 29 September 2012 (“Competition
Period”).
3. The Promoter is Indooroopilly Property Management Pty Ltd ABN 94 144 809 174, Centre Management Office, Level 5, Indooroopilly
Shopping Centre, 322 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly, Queensland 4068.
4. To enter customers must purchase from participating food retailers within Indooroopilly Shopping Centre during the Competition Period.
Customers must present their receipt to the staff member at the ‘Food Festival Youth Event’ for verification. The eligible customer will
automatically receive one (1) entry form which must be completed and entered in the competition box located at the ‘Food Festival Youth Event’,
Food Court, Level 3, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre within the Competition Period. A minimum spend of five dollars ($5) applies.
5. There will be one (1) prize winner.
6. The prize is one (1) iPhone 5. The winner is required to organise their own payment option (pre-paid or plan) for the prize. Indooroopilly
Shopping Centre will not be held responsible for any costs associated with running the prize.
7. Should the prize winner be under 18 years of age consent from a parent/guardian is required.
8. The winner of the prize will be determined by a representative of Indooroopilly Property Management Pty Ltd. The winner will be chosen at
Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, 322 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly, QLD, 4068, Australia at 1pm on Saturday 29 September 2012. The winner does
not need to be present at the time of the draw.
9. The winner of the prize will be notified via phone or email within two (2) days of the end of the promotion if not present at the time of the draw.
10. The prize must be collected from the Centre Management Office at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre at an agreed date. Failure to collect the
prize within three (3) months time of the conclusion of the Competition Period will result in the prize being forfeited.
11. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
12. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity on acceptance of the prize.
13. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and the retailer’s employees and
their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss),
or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of entering, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the competition to any person.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
18. Participating in this competition is deemed acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
