Conditions of Entry
1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. 
2. Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18.
3. The Promoter is Flight Centre Limited ABN 25 003 377 188.   Employees of Flight Centre
Limited and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
Duration of the Promotion
4. The promotion will commence at 10:00am (AEST) on Sunday, 18 November 2012.
5. The promotion will close at 4:00pm (AEST) on Sunday, 18 November 2012.
How to Enter
6. To qualify for the draws, eligible persons must complete the Booking Entry Prize Form upon
making a booking and paying the deposit with an exhibitor at the  Flight Centre  Limited
Discover Europe Expo, to be held in Hall 4 of the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre,
Corner Gold Coast Highway & T.E. Peters Drive, Broadbeach QLD 4218 between the hours of
10:00am (AEST) and 3:59pm (AEST) on Sunday, 18 November 2012. 
Details of Prizes
7. The prizes are  2 separate  $1000  Flight Centre Limited  Travel Gift Cards.   The total of all
random prize draws is $2,000. 
8. The $1000 Travel Gift Cards are valid for use until the expiry date nominated on the card.
9. Gift Cards may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto the Gift Card which is
unspent at the time of use. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available balance of the
Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method.
10. Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part,
no change will be given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases, but will
not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires.
11. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
12. Gift Cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, traveller’s cheques, cash passports
or any other form of currency.  However, the Gift Cards may be held on file by Flight Centre
Limited for future travel until they wholly expire on the expiry date nominated on the card.
13. Gift Card winners are responsible for the use and security of their Gift Card. Lost or stolen
Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. Gift Card winners are liable for all transactions
on the Gift Card except those caused by fraud or negligence by Flight Centre Limited or its
employees.
14. Defaced, mutilated or altered Gift Cards may not be accepted, replaced or refunded.
