TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY- WIN $500 TRADE SECRET VOUCHER!
 
1.    Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry is open to Australian residents only. The promoter, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their related bodies corporate and each of their officers, agents, employees and immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter.

2.    The competition commences at 10am AEDST on 19/09/2012 and closes at 5pm AEDST on 03/10/2012.

3.    This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit. Creative entries may be chosen to feature on our Facebook page.

4.    By entering this competition you agree to receive occasional emails from Trade Secret about products, events and competitions, which we believe, you may be interested in. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link which appears at the bottom of each of the emails. Trade Secret does not disclose any personal contact information provided on this form for use by a third party, in compliance with the National Privacy Act and relevant Anti Spam Act.

5.    No responsibility will be taken by the promoter for any ineligible or lost entries or entries submitted or received by the promoter after the closing date. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions are incomplete, or submitted or received by the promoter after the closing date will be declared void.

6.    The winner will be chosen at 10.00am (AEDST) on Thursday 04/10/2012, at the head office of the promoter at 3-7 McPherson St Banksmeadow, NSW. The winner/s will be contacted by email on 04/10/2012, relying on contact details provided by the entrant. The winner will also be published on the Trade Secret Facebook and Twitter pages by 05/10/2012. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.    The Prize:
Win $500 Trade Secret Gift Voucher.

8.    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for any other goods or services. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance, or availability of any prize.  The promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the promoter is not able to give the prize winner the advertised prize, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments. Incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

9.    The promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in the event of an entrant failing to comply with these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize by 10.00am (AEDST) on 04/04/2013, at the head office of the promoter at 3-7 McPherson St Banksmeadow, NSW. The winner/s will be contacted by email or phone on 04/04/2013, relying on contact details provided by the entrant. The winner will also be published on the Trade Secret Facebook and Twitter pages by 04/04/2013. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.    The promoter, other entities associated with this competition and their related bodies corporate, and each of their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless in respect of any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of or arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the prize, except to the extent that any such liability cannot be excluded by law.

11.    Entry details remain the property of the promoter. Acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance by the winner of these terms and conditions and approval to use the winner’s name, unless specifically requested by the winner not to do so at the time of accepting the prize.

12.    If the competition does not run for its duration due to, but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the promoter’s control that corrupts or affects administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.

13.    The Promoter will not be responsible for: Malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website; Failure of any entry to be received by the promoter as a result of those matters; nor

14.    Any injury or damage to entrants or any other person related to or resulting from participation in the competition or downloading any materials relating to the competition.
