There is so much confusion about what is racist and what is not that for some the mere mention of ethnicity constitutes racism. At the other extreme, there is open discrimination that is blatant racism, but excused as everything else. So I’d like to have a chat about it. To have a look at what’s going on in Australia then try to figure out what’s racist, what’s not, and if there’s a line. At times, I’m worried that I’m a little bit racist. At other times, I’m sure that people I know are. Most of the time, it seems that racism is everywhere, but that nobody really understands what it is.
