b. The promotion period begins on 25th September, 2012 at 12:01 am (EST) and
ends on 31st October, 2012 at 11:59 pm (AEST)
c. Eligible entrants must complete their entry details on the form that will pop up at
www.facebook.com/xennoxdiamonds or www.winsomebling and ‘click like’. Enter
your name and email address, then in 30 words or less let us know “your best retail
experience?” All entries will be judged on content and originality as determined
by the judging panel associated with this promotion. Chance plays no part in
determining the winners and entries are purely judged by skill.
d. There is a maximum of one entry to the promotion per person.
e. Entry is open to Australian Residents only, who are 18 years or over. Employees of
Xennox Diamonds and associated companies and their immediate families and any
agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
f. The judging will take place at Xennox Diamonds, Level 2, 130 Queen Street,
Brisbane, 4000, from the 1st November 2012 and the winners will be determined by
16th November 2012. Winners will be advised via email and in writing, and names
published on the Xennox Diamonds Facebook page by the 18th November, 2012.
g. There is a total of ONE $6,000 diamond ring to be awarded to the ONE entriy
deemed the winner. Prizes can ONLY be collected in person and will not be
transported. Total prize pool $6,000.00.
h. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
i. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed
in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is also available on the website. The personal
information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of
the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal
information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate
for these purposes.
