Entry Restrictions
(i) Age – Entrants must be aged between 8 and 13 years of age at 15 September 2012.
(ii) Resident Status – Entrants must be residents of Australia and New Zealand
(iii) Passport – Entrants from New Zealand must hold a valid passport as at 15 September 2012.

Method of Entry
The Competition can be entered online at the Website.
Entrants must
a) Log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au) and either:
i. Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following information; First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of birth, whether they are a girl or a boy, their email address, and some other optional information; or
ii. If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required to enter their Nick Name and Password in order to enter the Competition subject to Item 13.
b) Once logged on, entrants will be required to answer the following question in 25 words or less:
Which Turtle is your favourite and why?

Notification Date
Winners will be announced at 4.30pm (AEDT) on Monday 8 October 2012 during the brand new episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Winners will then be notified by Tuesday 9 October 2012.

Notification Method
Winners will be notified by phone.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the details in their Nick Name profile are correct, including without limitation telephone contact number, email and postal address details, and no responsibility will be taken by Nickelodeon for any incorrect or out of date information. Entrants must supply a valid telephone number with their entry.

Prize
There will be five (5) major prize winners who will each win the following prize (subject at all times to the Special Conditions in Item 17):
Return economy class flights from any major regional airport in Australia and New Zealand to Sydney for one (1) adult and two (2) children (valued at up to $1,500), subject to Special Condition 3
Two (2) nights twin share accommodation in a minimum 3 star hotel for one (1) adult and two (2) children (valued at up to $700)
Return transfers between airport and hotel, and airport and the Ultimate Ninja Training Camp (valued at up to $1,000)
Entry for two (2) children into the Ultimate Ninja Training Camp (valued at up to $2,300)
Each prize valued at up to $5,500.
Total Prize Pool Value: $27,500

Special Conditions
1. The Promoter will not be responsible for replacing or retrieving any prize sent to an incorrect address based on incorrect details provided by the winner, or details that have not been updated by an entrant in their Nick Name profile.
2. Entrants may enter this competition an unlimited number of times.
3. The Ultimate Ninja Training Camp will be held on dates to be advised by the Promoter at the Promoter’s premises. The Major prize winner and their guest will be chaperoned at all times by Nickelodeon Event Staff members.
4. The major prize winner and their guests must be available to travel on the dates advised by the Promoter and hold valid travel documentation.
5. If the major prize winner and their guests are unable to attend the Ultimate Ninja Training Camp on the dates advised by the Promoter they will forfeit their prize and no alternative prizing will be offered.
6. Where the winner and their guests reside inside metropolitan area of Sydney, the flight and return airport transfers elements of the prize will not be awarded and the winner and guests will be responsible for making their own way to the hotel/and event.

8. The major prize winner and their guests acknowledge that some activities during the Ultimate Ninja Training Camp may involve some element of risk. The Promoter accepts

associated with the competition, or the Venue staff or attendees will be responsible for providing supervision at the Ultimate Ninja Training Camp for the Major Prize Winners or their guests.
no responsibility for any claims associated with taking part in the Ultimate Ninja Training Camp, including any loss, damage or injury incurred by a Major Prize Winner or their guests, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
