Design your own snack bar Promotion
Terms & Conditions
 
 
1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Design Your Own Bar Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. The promotion commences Monday 1st October 2012. Entries close at midnight on Wednesday 31st October 2012.
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
4. To submit an eligible entry, go to http://www.facebook.com/GoNaturalSnacks, ‘Like’ Go Natural Snacks then complete the competition entry page within the ‘Design your own snack bar’ Facebook app. The Promoter and its associated companies and agencies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Entries will only be accepted via the Go Natural ‘Design your own snack bar’ Facebook app.
5. Entry limit is one entry per person during the promotion period. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries.
6. All entries received prior to the close of the Promotion will be judged in the week commencing 12th November by Go Natural at Go Natural Australia, Level 2, 313 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, Victoria 3122. Six recipes will be chosen as finalists by a Go Natural panel and these will be produced as bench samples for judging. The entry judged the best bar based on taste, nutritional value and appearance by the judges will win 1 year’s supply of Go Natural snacks (365 bars valued at $700). The prize will be delivered in 4 instalments over the course of the year commencing from 3rd December 2012. The first 1000 eligible Australian entries will be notified via email and sent one of the winning bars in January 2013 (each bar valued at $2).
7. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a prize is unavailable, the Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
8. The winner will be notified by mail and/or phone in the week commencing 19th November 2012. Details of the winning bar will be posted on Facebook/YouTube.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries. In addition the Promoter is not responsible for entries incorrectly completed/submitted or for problems experienced entering the competition due to technical issues (i.e. computer problems or internet connections).
11. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
12. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
14. By entering this competition, each entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and announce the winner and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants can access and correct the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter (Go Natural) on (03) 9819 6114.
15. In addition to the preceding clause, the Promoter and /or the Promoters' sponsors/agents may use the entrants' names and contact details for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The entrants are aware that by entering the competition they will benefit from promotional information communicated to them from the Promoter at any time. Entrants may ‘unlike’ or ‘unsubscribe’ from receiving communications from Go Natural at any time.
