This offer will be advertised in Issues 326 and 327 of OK! Magazine. Offer is available to all residents of Australia who subscribe to OK! Magazine between 21/09/2012 to 04/10/2012 (‘Promotional Period’). Entry is subject to and automatic upon the correct use of a valid credit card. Subscriptions are to be made during the Promotional Period either via phone, by calling 136 116 (Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm AEST) or online at www.magshop.com.au/ok-magazine and following the prompts. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Participants under eighteen (18) years old must have parental/guardian approval to take part in the promotion and further, the parent/guardian of the participant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor taking part in the promotion.
Every person who newly subscribes or renews their subscription to OK! Magazine during the Promotional Period and elects to receive a six (6) month subscription (25 issues) for $69.95 or a one (1) year (12 months) subscription (50 issues) for $129.95 will be eligible to receive the gift as defined in clause 7 below. Subscribers should allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for the delivery of their first issue of OK! Magazine (from the date of subscription).
The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time after five (5) months by giving one (1) month’s notice. For the sake of clarity, if a subscriber elects to cancel their subscription after their fifth month of the subscription, they will be charged for (and receive OK! Magazine Issues for) a total of six (6) months (25 Issues in total). The total charge for the minimum six (6) month period will be $69.95.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of a subscriber, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the subscriber.
Every new or renewed subscription (6 or 12 months) made during the Promotional Period, will deem the subscriber eligible to receive the gift of a Nicole by OPI Nail Lacquer set valued at $65 - including 2 x nail polish colours (Hard Kourt Fashionista & Kourt is Red-y for a Pedi), 1 x Base Coat Plus, 1 x Top Coat Plus and 1 x OPI Gift Bag.
Subscribers should allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of their gift (from the date of subscription).
If any gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute a gift with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Only one (1) gift is permitted per person per subscription. If the subscription is a gift, the donor (i.e. person buying the subscription) will receive the gift.
The gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. Due to tight production deadlines on a weekly magazine, the Promoter cannot guarantee that OK! Magazine will reach the subscriber by the time it is in store.
By subscribing to this ACP Magazines magazine title, the subscriber acknowledges and understands that ‘tip ons’ and gifts that may be available with non-subscriber copies may not be provided with subscriber copies, depending on the sole discretion of ACP Magazines Ltd. This means the gifts that are attached to in-store copies will not be available to subscription copies each week. Subscription to OK! Magazine is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the www.magshop.com.au/ok-magazine website is the participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers. Participation in the promotion is conditional on providing this information.
By subscribing to this ACP Magazines magazine title and providing their email address, the subscriber consents, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, to receipt of any email (or other form of communication) regarding the magazine title, and other emails (or other forms of communication) which inform the subscriber of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of subscriptions and participants (including a subscriber’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the offer. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
All claims become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Notice available at www.magshop.com.au/about/privacy-policy. Subscribers should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
