Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences on (3rd October 2012) and ends 11:59pm AEDST on (2nd November) ("Promotional Period").

Submit the Avo-tar by pressing the ‘STYLIN'! my Avo-tar is done' button.
Enter in their personal details - First Name, Last Name, Email, & Phone
If under 18, Tick box must be checked and parent or guardian personal details must be entered - First Name, Last Name, Email, & Phone
Accept the T&C's
Then click the ‘SUBMIT' button.
If your name is drawn on 5th November 2012, Australian Avocados will be in contact to give you $5,000 cash.
The prize winner will be contacted in following manner. Winner will be notified in writing via email within two days of the draw. Winner published on www.facebook.com/AustralianAvocados on the 07/11/12)
There will be one prize winner. The winner's details (after successful contact has been made with the prize winner) will be published on http://www.avocado.org.au/ and on the Avocados Australia Facebook page: www.facebook.com/AustralianAvocados.
If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner's behalf.
There is one prize of $5,000 in cash.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the competition in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed for 7 business days or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw another name.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses, telephone numbers and the winners' names and addresses and photographs for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. Entrants will not be contacted by a third party.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate this competition without any liability whatsoever.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition.
