Conditions of Entry
The promotion period begins on 15/9/2012 and entries close at midnight (AEST) on 15/3/2013. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. SA residents are excluded. To be eligible entrants must be at the time of the draw, active opt in subscribers of (PB) and agree to receive the (PB) e-news letter including from time to time third party promotional advertising offers. The draw will take place on Mon 18/3/2013 at 12pm at the premises of The Deal Group,
Lower Level, 1 - Suite 1 Cookson Street, Camberwell 3124. The competition prize
winner will be notified by email within 3 days from the draw date and the winners name will be published in the (PB) e-news letter and on the (PB) website.
Employees of The Deal Group and associated companies and their immediate  families associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
To enter this competition entrants must subscribe to (PB) and complete the required contact details including demographic and personal interest fields.
This competition is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winning entrant will be electronically drawn from the total combined pool of active opt in subscribers of (PB). Entrants at the time of the draw must be active subscribers of (PB). The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence)..
Entries are limited to one per person, all additional entries citing the same email address will be removed. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter
repeatedly is prohibited with the subscriber subsequently being withdrawn from the draw.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The delivery of the prize will be arranged by The Promoter, please allow 14 days from competition close date for delivery of the prize.
The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions any additional expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
In the event the winner is unable to be reached after 7 days an additional draw will be conducted on the 25th Mar 2013 at 15:00 AEDT at the same place as the original draw.. The winner drawn will be notified by the Promoter within 3 days of the re-draw. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
DISCLAIMERS
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by you or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
The Promoter is not liable for any damage in the delivery of the prize, damage occurred during the delivery and associated costs are the responsibility of the retail provider.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize is for some reason unavailable..
Termination
We may terminate or cancel your entry in the competition immediately in our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these conditions.

As a result of you entering the competition, we will collect certain personal information about you, please refer to the (PB) privacy policies.
You indemnify us
You release and agree to keep us indemnified from any claim, cost, demand, tax, liability or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by us, our directors, employees, agents and representatives arising out of your entry in the competition or any claim by a third party arising from an act or omission by you.
Failure to comply and severability
We are not liable for any failure to comply with these conditions. If any part or provision in these conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, that part or provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Entire agreement and governing law
These conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us as to its subject matter.
