Title: Trouble conceiving? We've got 5 fertility/meditation CDs to give away

(http://realitychick.com.au/wp-content/uploads/with-extra-seeds-373-580x333.jpg)Anyone who’s ever tried and failed to get up the duff knows that it’s a tricky business. The waiting. The freaking out. More waiting. More freaking out. Is that a conducive, stress-free environment for an egg and sperm to hook up? I think not. I do know, though, that meditation is one of THE best ways to bust your stress levels and psychologist Jacqui Manning’s fertility CD, Planting The Seed… For Conception Joy is a great way to do that. Studies of IVF patients show one in five couples stop the treatment due to emotional stress, rather than financial. Yet, women undergoing IVF who’ve participated in a mind-body stress-relief program with meditation have much, much higher rates of conception. There are so many tools in a woman’s getting-pregnant kit – from thermometers to ovulation sticks to sketchy gizmos you lick and so on. But I really think this CD should be one of them.

Want to win one?  Thanks to Jacqui, we have five CDs to give away – your choice of MP3 / CD. To go into the draw, you’ll need to do 2 things:
1. Be a liker of our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/realitychickaus (http://www.facebook.com/realitychickaus)
2. Tell us in the comments here http://realitychick.com.au/could-meditation-help-you-get-pregnant-win-one-of-five-fertility-cds/ (http://realitychick.com.au/could-meditation-help-you-get-pregnant-win-one-of-five-fertility-cds/) below the most unhelpful advice you could give someone (or that someone gave you!) when trying to get up the duff.

Terms and conditions  This competition is open to all readers no matter where you live. We’ll be drawing winners and posting the names on Friday, October 26 on our website at www.realitychick.com.au and on Facebook. Good luck!
